Zeer vriendelijk personeel, locatie top bij de haven van Benalmadena, heerlijk ontbijt.

We absolutely loved this place, it’s beautiful! The staff can’t do enough to make sure you have the best stay, the rooms are stunning and the bar/restaurant is really good too. I would 100% recommend

Pros:

Me encantó la cercanía de todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar.
Escogimos este hotel porque nos casabamos en Benalmadena pero jamas inaginabamos que iba a ser tan bonito, comodo y bueno. Millones de gracias!!

De kamer schoon perfect. Dicht bij strand en de haven.

Toilet kon niet op slot, er zat geen slot. En ik miste de prijvesie van de badkamer/ douche

Die Lage und das Gebäude selbst sind wirklich sehr toll. Das Personal total nett und die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt insgesamt. Ich kann es wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen, da man sich wohl fühlt.

Cons:

Wir hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht, ein gab paar Sandwiches zur Auswahl, dazu entweder ein Heißgetränk oder frischgepresster Orangensaft (nicht beides), etwas Joghurt und ein Mini-Croissant. Es war sehr lecker, keine Frage, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und hatte ich so nicht rausgelesen.
Bei Ankunft war ein Büschel Haare an der Duschwand, welches bis zur Abreise dort war.
Der Fernseher hat gar nicht funktioniert (in beiden Zimmern).

A great place to stay
Pros:

A really quiet place to stay despite the fact there is a lot in the area. The bars restaurants and shops are all a short distance away, whichever way you go, the Marina is 5 minutes walk away with an excellent selection of shops and bars. The staff were very helpful throughout and the place always smelt great as well as being spotlessly clean. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, a short distance away and it was so peaceful sitting out there in the evenings. There is a cafe/bar as well which does good coffee but we didn't eat there this time.

Cons:

Only minor niggles but,
No instructions for electrical equipment in the room, but we did phone a friend at NASA who helped.
There was no dishcloth or washing up liquid.
The replenishment of teabags and coffee was hit and miss, this happened twice in 7 days

Amazing experience. Highly recommend comfy studios
Pros:

We were so pleasantly surprised how beautiful this hotel was! The interior design is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and luxurious. It is situated in the prime location. Silken anticipated our every need. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Poor service and poor facilities.

Cons:

There is a microwave but no fridge in our suite, which makes no sense. We booked breakfast to be included, but after taking the money they informed us that breakfast is not available, which meant going out looking for breakfast. Bottles of shower gel in the bathroom remain unfilled.

Room nice, pool was could do with more spaces for loungers

Cons:

Room 4 has useless balcony not able to use. Road very loud outside. Curtain let day light in. Bad smell from drains! But was resolved when mentioned to staff.
