Sometimes you simply have to call things what they are. We have never had to write a review like this before, but this was by far the dirtiest accommodation we have ever stayed in. The photos speak for themselves, and this is exactly the condition in which we received the apartment.
If cleanliness matters to you, do not book this place. Previous guests who complained about the dirt and poor hygiene were absolutely not exaggerating.
We arrived exhausted, sweaty, and tired after our journey. Although the apartments are connected to a café, not even a glass of water was offered to us. In retrospect, it’s better that way. The staff member who greeted us seemed completely unmotivated and uninterested. The café and entrance area alone were noticeably dirty and poorly maintained.
We booked the apartment for three people, yet only the bed was prepared. We had to make up the small, dirty sofa ourselves. The bedding was stored inside the sofa among crumbs and dirt.
The sofa itself is far too small to serve as a proper sleeping arrangement for an adult. Anyone taller than approximately 173 cm will struggle to sleep comfortably on it. At best, it might be suitable for a child, although we would especially not recommend staying here with children.
One particularly ironic detail was the sign in the kitchen asking guests to leave it in the same clean condition in which they found it. We would never have considered preparing or eating food there and barely wanted to touch anything. There were even hairs inside the kitchen drawers.
There is also no elevator, which may be an issue for guests with heavy luggage. While communication before our arrival was quick, it felt really unprofessional.
We booked this accommodation primarily because we needed access to a washing machine and wanted to stay close to the main bus station for one night.

We booked for 4 adults and the bedroom had a double bed, but the sofa bed in the lounge was only big enough for one adult.

.It's next to a main road, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings.
