موقع الفندق ممتاز والإفطار لذيذ ومتنوع والموظفون متعاونين خصوصا الأخ إبرايهم

Cons:

الاسره غير مريحة والمصعد ياخذ وقت طوييل جدا
الغرف لا توجد فيها عوازل وتسمع كل اصوات الشارع والمرر والغرف المتجاورة وايضا الثلاجة حاره وماتبرد ، المكيف كويس لاكن مل شوي يفصل ويرجع يشبك

الموقع جدا رائع وقريب من كل شي كل شي حولينك دقائق معدوده وانت بالمكان الي تبغاه الاخ السوري جدا خدوم ماقصر معانا ابدا في اي شي احتجناه قدام الفندق يوجد حديقه فيها العاب اطفال اما الافطار جدا جميل وناسبني وحبيت تنوع الخيارات واكثر شي حبيته انه البوفيه مايقفل الا قريب الساعه 12 تقريبا

صغر الحمام بدرجه غير متوقعه اخترت غرفه لغير المدخنين بس للاسف اخر الليل بتجي ريحه دخان قويه تدخل من الحمام سببت لنا ازعاج

اذا كنت جاي من مطار ريزه ينفع تريح فيه قبل بداء رحلتك وللامانه الموظفين الاستقبال وموظفين الفندق اثنين منهم شباب سورين متعاونين ويخدمونك بكل ود ، موقع الفندق قريب من مركز المدينه موقعة جميل وكل اصحاب المحلات الي بجانب الفندق محترمين ، اروح اشرب شاي ما يخذون الحساب ضيفه ،

لا يوجد شي يحطمك انا اخذته كمحطة استراحة بعد الوصل وقبل بداء الرحلة

الموقع مناسب جداً وليس ببعيد عن السنتر ولكن هناك خيارات افضل بمقابل قيمة الايجار

Central and clean, but don’t stay in lower floors

It’s in the center of Rize downtown.
Staff is soo wonderful.
Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The suite we stayed in was in the first floor and close to streets so we couldn’t sleep well due to noise.
The window shades aren’t thick enough to block sunlight, the sun rises too early and sleeping is impossible.
The colors of the suite furniture are dark and gloomy.
The elevators are very small, but there are two elevators.

Современный городской отель. Комфортный номер. Чисто. Завтрак разнообразный.

Cons:

Обещали при бронировании бесплатную парковку. По факту разместили на муниципальной, за которую мы оплачивали отдельно.
