Amazing
Pros:

We had to get a room for just to sleep while our original hotel gave us a check in, and this was during Hajj, nothing was available, their staff was so accommodating, amazing staff.

Perfect location
Pros:

The location is very close to Nabawi mosque & the staff was brilliant, friendly and very helpful

Cons:
