Comfortable and clean
Excellent service at the front desk, perfect location, quiet yet close to main areas and 10min walk to the beach. Food was great and facilities clean. Also can front desk can assist in booking tours cars etc.

The localization
The hotel feels quite outdated and could really use some refurbishment. The breakfast is not up to standard at all: the fruit juice isn’t fresh, and there isn’t even a coffee machine, which is quite disappointing.
In the rooms, there are clear practical issues, especially the lack of light switches near the bed. You have to get up to turn off the lights by the door, which is far from convenient.
As for the facilities, the rooftop pool is in fairly poor condition, as is the bar (see photo). Overall, the hotel does not match the pictures shown on the booking website; the reality is much more disappointing.
Finally, the rooftop area is very limited, with only four sun loungers available. You need to get up early if you want to use one.
Room and bathroom were spacious, shower pressure awesome, amenities good. 4 bottles of complimentary water + other bathroom amenities , towels were very soft white and clean. AC worked well. Breakfast was ok. Big window with lots of natural light .
As a vegan there weren't many options and not much fruit variety . Staff at reception not very attentive. They had very little English and weren't even interested in trying to communicate. Lots of steps up to reception and no porter to help with luggage so difficult for the elderly or people with kids
