Cons:

Attente de 10h à 14h00 pour récupérer 2 chambres, lavées tardivement, sols mouillés et glissants, 5 cintres seulement pour un couple et demande de dotation complémentaire non possible, Odeurs de cigarettes dans les 2 chambres (304 et 604) dès le deuxième jour, signalé à l’accueil sans réaction immédiate exceptée un diffuseur de parfum inefficace !!!
Petit déjeuner en dessous de toutes les normes mondiales d’hôtellerie 4**** !!!???:
Choix restreints et chaque jour sans changement : pas de café expresso? Pas de jus de fruit frais? Pas de yaourt ou fromage blanc ? Pas de fruit frais acceptable (mangue, banane, etc dur et pas mûr)? Des fruits de la passion uniquement le dimanche ???
Plats vietnamiens sans saveur (phoe, omelette, poulet curry, sauces, etc?).
Une équipe de restaurant qui contrôle bien les tickets mais ne débarrasse pas les tables encombrées de nos verres, tasses et assiettes ? …
