Clean, mini bar service and water provided. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, shower was strong and had varied temperatures
Very loud in the middle of Da Nang and fairly thin walls. Rooms were relatively comfortable but air conditioning wasn’t the strongest. Had some challenges with laundry and check in - staff tried their hardest but the rules & processes were a bit difficult to navigate

Because of the design of the common corridor, all the doors open into square rooms, and when someone enters the Hall from the elevator or closes a door, the noise is heard right above your head, making it quite difficult to sleep.
