KOIA All - Suite Well Being Resort - Adults Only

We had the BEST time at KOIA wellbeing resort.
Although it felt like quite a couples paradise myself my mum and my sister just had the best time.
The facilities are amazing- we had a private pool room with partial sea view. It was secluded and made us feel like we had our own villa.

A beautiful hotel located just a 15-minute drive from Kos Town. Before our arrival, we requested a specific room, and the hotel kindly accommodated our request, which we really appreciated. One of the hotel's greatest strengths is its outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, efficient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The entire resort is beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably maintained, giving it a fresh and luxurious feel. The temperatur in our private pool was very refreshing, which was a huge plus. Almost every evening there was live music during dinner, creating a lovely atmosphere that we really enjoyed. Watching the sunset with a cocktail at the pool bar is an absolute must! We did have a couple of concerns, including a private dining experience that we weren't completely satisfied with. However, when we shared our feedback, the way the hotel handled the situation was truly outstanding. We received a very generous compensation without any hesitation or arguments. This is what excellent customer service looks like!

Lo primero de todo, hay que destacar la gran profesionalidad y atención por parte de TODOS los camareros y staff, sobre todo Alex, quien se aprendió los nombres de todos los huéspedes. Las vistas: espectaculares. Lugar cómodo, dedicado al descanso, con una calidad de SPA muy alta (recomendamos mucho los masajes), y con un ambiente servicial y relajado. El desayuno muy bueno, y la comida del restaurante también.

En general: una atención inmejorable y única. Nos recogieron de forma muy puntual del aeropuerto. El chico era muy amable e incluso nos ofreció agua fresca para el camino.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and truly loved every moment. The hotel is beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere, a tranquil beach, a stunning pool area, delicious breakfast & dinner, and excellent service throughout our stay.

However, the true highlight was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Mariglen, Alex, Klajdi, Hippocrates, Armanda, the lovely blonde woman at the restaurant reception during breakfast (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get), the front desk team, and many others who went above and beyond every single day to make us feel genuinely at home. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our stay truly unforgettable.

This hotel was the reason I chose Kos as the destination of my holiday. I had been admiring this hotel for a couple of years and dreamt of visiting it one day. For me the hotel itself has to offer an experience instead of merely being a place to sleep at and I can honestly say that KOIA exceeded all of my expectations and truly made my holiday an unforgettable experience. I chose this hotel since I wanted to experience a tranquil and luxurious holiday at a hotel where one can feel the presence of nature. If that is something you are looking for, then do yourself a favor and choose KOIA as they offer all of the above.🌻🪴🌿🌾
My favorite part of this hotel was my room which had its own private pool -something I recommend for anyone considering this hotel. I loved spending time in the peace of my terrace, having a swim first thing every morning and enjoying the sounds and scents of the surrounding nature.
Another favourite of my experience at KOIA was the breakfast this hotel offered. Not only was the breakfast selection outstanding but the fact that you can enjoy it at an outdoor setting under the trees and next to herbal gardens was just incredibly relaxing.
I also loved the outdoor fireplace located at the main building. It was a lovely place to enjoy the evening while watching the mountains turn purple as the sun went down.
The hospitality was equally stellar as the personnel were really kind and attentive. You really feel looked after at this hotel. I just want to thank everyone working at KOIA for their hard work - you are absolute stars! ✨

We loved the great care and attention from the staff to everything we asked. Alex in particular was a wonderful Host at the Thyme restaurant. We found the dining experience quite amazing, a mix of classic dishes with some daring and surprising twists. Breakfast buffet was an absolute delight with a wide variety of fine dishes and fresh fruits/vegetables/dairy products. Wonderful firepit private dinner in front of the sea. The Hotel facilities are gorgeous: Swimming pool, Bar and its amazing view over the sea, Spa..everything is simply...beautiful. Less than 10 minutes drive to Kos Town.

We travel to Kos regular and have had the pleasure of accomodation that goes WOW
But then you stay at Koia and wow doesn't do it justice
Staff are lovely and so friendly the resort is amazing and relaxed but our suite with a private pool and Sundeck is the dogs do dah it was beautiful ❤️ thank you guys for an amazing 8 nights treated like a Premier footballer and the WAG 😉 amazing place that we will book asap

we had the best week ever at Koia!
- the hotel is beautifully designed, and very peaceful/relaxing
- the staff and service was exceptional, especially Alex who couldn't have done enough for us. we felt very welcomed and looked after from the day we arrived and they even gave us flowers for our anniversary
- the pool area is gorgeous and the sunbeds very comfy, there are also plenty for the guests
- the room & bed was very comfy and you can choose different types of pillows
- the breakfast was incredible with lots of choice, as was the lunch menu
- only 10 mins drive from kos town and a few local tavernas, we loved Lithinos
