Cons:

If you are not ambulatory, do not book, as despite there being a lift throughout the floors, the entrance has multiple stairs to get in. They have said they will amend this on the information to not be wheelchair accessible, so my review may be redundant by this point.

Pros:

Good facilities. Close to the station, allowing us to get to where we needed to be.

Cons:

Very noisy outside, which could be heard through the closed window. Whilst the facilities were good and we were happy with the room, we did not sleep well at all.

Unfortunately disappointing.
Pros:

Room was new and clean, although blinds didn't fit so very bright

Cons:

AC didn't heat. Room was always freezing cold.

Blinds were too small, so very bright in the room in morning with blinds closed.

Now, the room itself is hidden behind an unmarked fire door. I spent 50 minutes walking around, on the phone to booking.com trying to ge through to the reception since they don't answer the phone.

In the end I just guessed and started pushing every door, people's room doors, until one opened and suprise suprise, hidden corridoor with rooms inside. Very disappointing and also dangerous for fire safety.

The venue really has potential, but I think it's very quiet for a good reason. It's not run well.

For whoever owns the building. You did a good job but you're falling short with how it's run and things like labels on the secret doors to rooms.

It's behind a petrol station, felt unsafe at night, gangs in cars pulling up in there etc
