En principio tuve que abonar 200€ de fianza al ingresar, porque eras más de 12 días.
La habitación que reservamos no tenía lo necesario para estar la estancia comoda, utensilios contados, platos, 1 olla pequeña, 1 salten pequeña, tuve que pedir 2 veces que me dejaran una escoba y recogedor porque la limpieza en la habitación en toda la estancia nunca se limpio y eso que se dejó en la puerta la nota.
No estaba abierta la piscina.

A Very Disappointing Stay
Cons:

It was our second time staying here, but this time the experience was awful.

The bed was uncomfortable, the studio was dirty, and there were not even any cleaning supplies available. I found a blood stain on my bedsheets. I arrived very late at night and all I wanted was to rest, only to be faced with these issues. I always travel with antibacterial wipes, so I ended up disinfecting the room myself before staff came to clean it the following day. This was at 1 a.m., when I should have been sleeping and recovering from my journey.

Additionally, I am immunocompromised, and hygiene is the bare minimum I expect, as it is also a matter of safety. Considering the price, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable.

We complained immediately, but the staff at reception told us that we would need to report the issue in the morning because they were “only security.” This was surprising, as they had completed our check-in. When we reported the issues the next morning, the staff informed us that there was no record of our complaint from the night before. They also said they had no cleaning supplies because a delivery from their supplier had not arrived.

After insisting, they finally sent someone to clean the room again, but it was still dirty. The walls were covered in stains, there was dust everywhere, and there were marks on the floor that clearly had not been properly cleaned for a long time.

To make matters worse, the pool did not open until mid-June, despite temperatures being close to 40°C during our stay. This information was not made clear when booking and was very disappointing.

Overall, this stay was extremely frustrating and fell far below the standard we experienced during our previous visit. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not return or recommend this property.
