Great Hotel and amazing location.

Pros:

The position is great, right into the city center.
The valet service is very useful and makes the stay very comfortable.

Cons:

The room had no windows and this was very disappointing for a 5-star hotel (to be honest it was clear from the photos that they were missing but I didn’t look at them with attention).
The pool is small and close to the room where breakfast is served.
The gym and the sauna are very small.

We had the best vacation here!! It’s the most hospitable and beautiful hotel and the location is a bonus.
Pros:

I can’t even explain in words how incredible our stay was!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming especially Antonis how was lovely, the hospitality is amazing, the room was clean and welcoming we felt very safe as two young girls alone, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We really want to thank the hotel for their amazing hospitality. I felt so welcomed there it was clean and comfortable I have very high standards and it won me over!! I loved it so much (:
The staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean we had everything we needed the pool was clean and quiet. The hotel is in the best location in the city. We had a great time and felt safe. Especially as Israelis we felt safe so it means a lot!!
There is not enough words to describe how good it is you have to try it!!

Great place in chania
Pros:

Location was best as well as staff was very helpful. Receptionist named smaragda was amazingly helpful on everything needed

Cons:

No parking. Although there is valet service that is not enough

מלון מעולה! מיקום מצוין ומרכזי, דקת הליכה מהעיר העתיקה כולל שירות חניה. צוות המלון בכל המחלקות שירותי מאוד ודאג שהשהות שלנו במלון תהיה מעולה. החדרים מקסימום, נוחים, נקיים ומאובזרים. ארוחת בוקר מעולה ונותנת תמורה מצויינת למחיר. לקחנו 3 חדרים וכולם היו מאוד מרוצים, ללא שום תקלות.
