Excelente hotel
Pros:

Muy céntrico,cerca de estación de trenes de kyoto muy buena combinación de autobuses.
El personal muy atento,agradable y muy eficiente ante cualquier problema que se tenga tienen una solución muy eficaz.
Muy educados y atentos si volviera a kyoto volvería a coger el mismo hotel.

Perfect little hotel close to the train station
Pros:

It is a beautiful hotel with only a few rooms each floor. Everything was very clean, looked very new and was just like as shown on the pictures. We were staying as a family of 5 and enjoyed the very spacious room- to sleep on the tatami matresses and to have a big table during the day to eat.
The staff was very friendly and when checking in our lugguage that arrived with Yamato before us was already placed in the room. Every Morning there were free chocolate and normal croissants at the lobby to be self-heated in little ovens, which our kids loved!
The Location is great for sightseeing as we reached the central train station in a walking distance of a couple of minutes!
We would definitively stay here again!

Great place, centrally located, and genuinely helpful staff.
Pros:

This place is conveniently located near the train station and anything you might need during your stay. The staff spoke English for me and Japanese to my wife. They were extremely polite and friendly, not just you’re a tourist and Japanese friendly, but it seemed genuine. This location is by many other popular hotels but it’s just as great with many amenities in the lobby in case you need something in a pinch. The washroom came in handy for my family as well as the water dispenser (daily during our summer stay). The cleaning service was great and it kept things fresh for our week long visit. I would 100% stay here again and look forward to.

Can’t think of anything that the staff wasn’t able to address for us.

La camera era comoda e spaziosa, il bagno pulito e ordinato.

Cons:

Ricevere un bento per fare colazione è un'esperienza piuttosto insolita per un occidentale. Non c'era la colazione a buffet (ma questo è segnalato chiaramente dall'albergo) e si riceve un bento al mattino. Era buono, ma i sapori della colazione risultavano un po' insoliti e non sempre ho apprezzato tutto ciò che veniva proposto. Avere il bento impediva di scegliere cosa mangiare. La qualità del bento era obiettivamente alta, ma personalmente preferisco le colazioni a buffet. Consigliato se la colazione non è la vostra priorità.

Très grande chambre, très agréable séjour.
Pros:

Très grand chambre pour 3 (un lit double et un futon), avec un coin salon séparé avec tatami, table et chaises. Grande salle de bain typiquement japonaise. Très bien placé à 10 minutes à pieds de la garde de Kyoto, arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel également. Quartier très vivant. Chambre très bien isolée, nous n'avions aucun bruit.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur, mais cela n'a pas été tellement gênant.
