Pros:

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The accommodation was comfortable, and our experience was generally positive. The hotel is not located in the city centre, so travelling to the main attractions and shopping areas required extra time.

Cons:

One incident during our stay was extremely disappointing. I was travelling with my young children, including my five-year-old son, and a staff member would not allow my young boys to accompany me into the women's bathroom so I could supervise them while showering.

I was shocked that the staff member expected my five-year-old son to shower alone in a public men's bathroom with adult strangers present. As a mother, I was not comfortable leaving such a young child unsupervised in that environment.

The situation was very upsetting and had to be escalated to management. I believe hotels accommodating families should have a more understanding and practical approach to the safety and supervision of young children.

Although our overall stay was good, this incident left a very disappointing impression.

Nice hotel and staff. Food is not a strong point of you aim at western fare.
Pros:

Clean modern quiet good location for my needs

Cons:

Restaurant. 1/ pizza was terrible. The chef just doesn’t know how to do it right. The dough Was just horrible and there was way too much mozzarella. 2/ breakfast: at the Egg Station there was a 3d model of eggs Benedict - and I asked for it. The kitchen staff had no idea how to make it and then they quietly ignored me pretending I hadn’t actually asked for it.

Pros:

Soggiorno breve ma impeccabile. Hotel elegante, estremamente curato e con un livello di pulizia eccellente.

Personale professionale e molto attento, servizio di alto livello. Colazione ricca e raffinata, con ottima selezione asiatica ed europea.

Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.
