Espectacular hotel para disfrutar de İzmir sin estar en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

El hotel tiene vistas espectaculares hacia el mar y la ciudad de İzmir. Está exactamente al lado de un moderno y completo shopping mall lo que es práctico para hacer compras

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels neben dem großen Einkaufszentrum war sehr gut. Das Zimmer hatte Meerblick, war geräumig und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das man für einen Nespresso Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer benutzt, bezahlen sollte, fanden wir für solch ein Luxuxhotel sehr befremdend.

Spectacular room but average service
Pros:

It was good overall, but as Globalists we expected more. The Grand Hyatt Istanbul is better in terms of restaurants, drinks, and service. Some restaurant staff members were rude, and we noticed them making fun of clients. They also charge extra for mimosas, even for Globalist members.
That said, the concierge team was fabulous and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The room was wonderful, and the view was spectacular. We also think the lounge experience could be improved by offering a small fridge with complimentary drinks and coffee for Globalist guests.

다 좋았어요. 나무랄데 없어요. 특히, 전망이 좋았어요.

Cons:

리셉션 찾는데 애로사항이 있었어요. 입구를 콘으로 막아놓고, 우리가 호텔왔다고 했는데도 올바로 안내받지 못했어요. 안내인이 영어를 전혀 못 알아들어요. 그래서 차로 한바퀴 더 돌았습니다.
