Perfect!
Pros:

Staff were all really welcoming and accommodating from arrival to check out

The beds were so comfortable

Everything was very clean and tidy

A really lovely hotel. We'd stay again!

Cons:

The only negative part of our stay was the builders outside the front - they started working at 6am on Saturday, which kept us awake.

The staff allowed us an extra late check out, at no extra cost and with no questions.

All 5* except the noise.
Pros:

The staff and the location are great. The rooms are clean and very well equipped with anything you can need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is nice.

Cons:

I requested a quiet room when I booked the room, also, at my arrival I confirmed it with the receptionist and was told that I had been given a very quiet room. However, that wasn't the case as I could hear loud music coming from the restaurant until 10PM and staff arranging furniture very early in the morning (~6AM) causing that I did not get a good sleep - which is the only reason I book a 5* hotel: high quality sleep.

Glad I stayed there
Pros:

Overal was great. Rooms and bed comfortable. Great shower.

Cons:

Room was really cold on arrival and stayed cold till following day, despite turning heating up.
The breakfast buffet looked really sad and unappealing but the cooked breakfast was lovely.
