This is my 3rd time staying here and I love the location, style of rooms and very comfy beds
I was on the 2nd floor and you could hear loud footsteps and banging doors from above. Also noisy due to building works outside room in street opposite. I also requested an additional bed for my 19 yr old son on the 2nd night and we didn't get any linen for the bed. They just seemed to forget even after asking. Would suggest 3rd floor rooms are quieter and don't want to be facing the street..

The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the shortbread biscuits.
This was one of the most expensive stays I've ever had at Sun Street in one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in. In previous visits, I've had hand-written welcome notes and a complimentary sweet treat by way of a welcome back. A tiny room with zero recognition made this an extortionate visit.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the shower and bathroom tap dripped all night.

One of the best boutique hotels that I have ever visited. Great service, amenities, very functional, attractive designs.

The staff are wonderful, the hotel beautiful, the breakfast delicious. I had some medicine that needed to be refrigerated, which was accommodated with no fuss.
