それなりだった。
Pros:

部屋は綺麗。スタッフの対応も良い。朝食も種類が豊富で3回利用したが飽きない。

Cons:

エアコンがうるさく、確認したら「異常状態」との事で部屋移動を余儀なくされた。移動後の部屋の近くの宿泊客が夜中にうるさく、何度も目が覚めた。これはホテルのせいでは無いが、そういう客層も利用するホテルであったということ。

프라이빗비치가 작지만 관리도 잘되어있고 스노클링도 가능할 정도입니다

Cons:

조식은 3일동안 적당히 다르게 나왔지만 전반적으로 좀 짜고 음식가짓수는 많지만 특별히 손이 갈만한 음식은 없었어요 예약할때 일행이 베지테리안 이여서 메일로 연락을 드렸는데 적극 도와 주시겠다 했지만 막상 도착해서 체크아웃할때 까지 별다른 조치가 없었어요 메일로 부탁드린것이 좀 무색하게 되서 그점이 좀 아쉬웠어요

Frankly hard to beat on value
Pros:

Came here with my wife and 7-year-old son for a five-night break. Mainly couples in the resort with a few families in July. We stayed in an executive suite which overlooks the sea as well as the beach from our balcony and provides over 90 square metres of room, though even the standard rooms look generous. The room is really fantastic, although the TV remains old fashioned without smart TV options. There are many things that are unbeatable here, including the degree of service with very generous English-speaking staffing level. All of the hotel swimming pools have lifeguards on duty for 12 hours per day, in addition to a lifeguard on the beach. The water sports are all good value and some are free including snorkeling tours within cordoned off lifeguard supervised private areas. This is the best off beach snorkeling I have been to. The resort is perhaps 5 years old and kept immaculately clean. Air conditioning is excellent. There are other things that I have never encountered even in 5 Star resorts such as an exceptionally, warm, outdoor pool. I'm uncertain whether this is because the pool is heated or is just naturally kept warm by sunlight alone; the sea is similarly warm. The resort was not at all crowded given its size in early July with plenty of loungers available both around 2 main pools as well as along the beachfront. The beach has some small rocks but is still easily walkable barefoot. I really enjoyed twin kayaking and guided snorkeling which were excellent value / free and supervised by lifeguards. The cordoned off private sea area has very light waves, and on two of our 4 days the sea was almost as calm as a swimming pool. Things that could perhaps be improved... Unfortunately, there is a small amount of trash that floats through the sea, but certainly nothing that makes the holiday or water sports unenjoyable. In fact, our 7-year-old really enjoyed collecting trash from our twin kayak. And you'll see staff cleaning a small amount of trash from the beech every norning. The Peruvian Japanese restaurant is really very good. The breakfast buffet is perhaps not at the same standard as most five star international restaurants, but is certainly good enough to be enjoyable. Room service is a little limited with respect to food options but again acceptable for a five star resort. There is no evening turndown service. Despite these negatives, this is perhaps the best beach resort holiday I have had simply because of the value that allows almost unlimited activities. For example, a massage is half the cost seen in 5 star chains. This, coupled with the other unmatched features above, make this an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Classy rooms, courteous staff with a touch of Cebuano hospitality, clean beach and snorkeling activities without having to go far. Breakfast is one of the best selections and newer than most hotels in Mactan

Outstanding Service, Beautiful Resort, Delicious Dining

Exceptional service from the staff from the moment we checked in. The front desk associate was warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything about the resort. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary welcome drinks, pastries, and even an offer for a late checkout, which made us feel truly valued. As a thoughtful touch, they also gave my husband a Father’s Day gift, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is exceptionally clean, with a beautiful ambiance that creates a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Every area was spotless, and the staff consistently went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. We also dined at Dip, and the food was outstanding. Every dish was delicious, and the restaurant team provided excellent service, making our dining experience just as memorable as our stay.
