Pros:

I stayed in room no. 502 and it was pathetic. Basic amenities like water towel, toiletries were not provided even for asking multiple times. Fan was about to die. AC remote was not functioning and AC was of no good use. Bed looked like break down any time and was making sound.

Cons:

The booking said dinner and breakfast included, but they refused arranging dinner during my stay. Breakfast started late, so I skipped breakfast as well on 1 out of 2 days. Very different from expectation.
