Bien ubicado

Cons:

El desayuno era muy repetitivo y poco elaborado. Nos cambiaron de habitación y nos pusieron en una al lado de la cocina donde era super ruidosa, un zulo sin ventilación, lleno de mosquitas y todo muy desagradable

Personal amabil si mereu dispus sa ne ajute (cu informatii/taxi) .
Micul dejun gustos,nu foarte diversificat dar am fost multumiti.
Camera incapatoare (pentru 3 persoane am avut un pat dublu si 2 paturi mici)
Locatia aproape de principalele obiective
Un plus ar putea fi restaurantul de la parter - Amor Mio Cafe & Restaurant (desi am inteles ca ar apartine altui patron), mancarea foarte buna, servirea la fel si personalul foarte prietenos - am servit de 2 ori cina acolo si ne-a placut foarte mult.

Cons:

Acesta este un hotel de 2☆ dupa parerea mea, se poate vedea cu ochiul liber ca nu a mai fost imbunatatit de ani de zile (dusul vechi, cu urme de rugina/pete galbene, peretii in colturi avariati si pătați , cosul de gunoi/peria pentru toaleta ruginita - unele pot fi schimbate cu usurinta cu unele de plastic,ideea este nu sa arate "luxoase" cu curate!!! ).
Pilota de invelit avea pete.
Prosoapele destul de uzate.
Pe parcursul sejurului am cerut o singura data sa ni se faca curatenie in camera , singura diferenta pe care am putut o vedea au fost paturile asezare in rest, in baie aceleasi scame si obiecte pe jos (sub chiuveta) au ramas neatinse de cand ne-am cazat, fire de par pe jos, urme pe chiuveta de la sapun, alte mostre de sampon/gel de dus nu am primit (nu era nevoie deoarece am venit pregatiti dar pana si sticla de la sapunul lichid era doar de decor(goala)!

Equipe simpática e prestativa.
Pros:

A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa. Tivemos um upgrade de quarto gratuito. A localização do hotel, embora não seja do lado de uma estação de transporte público, é boa e perto dos principais pontos.

Cons:

Faltou um pouco de variedade e de oferta de itens no café da manhã.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El.trato del personal excelente en especial Asad. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. Teníamos toallas, y jabones de manera diaria.

Cons:

De la habitación si tuviera que decir una pega era que el retrete estaba doblado . El resto muy bien

По этой цене подойдет, на завтрак лучше приходить пораньше. К 10 часам большинство блюд заканчиваются.

Месторасположение отличное.

Cons:

Второй и третий этаж деревянный если наверху ходят слышимость и скрип очень впечатляющий. Звукоизоляция слабая. Если весь день гуляешь а приходишь только спать то не плохо.

Pleasant stay with helpful staff
Pros:

We were most impressed by the very friendly and very competent night staff Arif and Assad. They solved many problems for us. For instance, the tour bus company that collected us and our bags changed their instructions three times. Each time Assad found the street where they wanted us to wait for them. He also led us to the new position while carrying both our heavy bags. We are most grateful to him.

Cons:

The doors on the lift close too quickly.

Good value for money
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, good location,nice breakfast and tasty food in the restaurant. Good for a short stay.

Cons:

The room had mold on the walls,you needed to call the reception to turn on the heating and the shower pressure was very low and the water temperature as well.

Great, would do it again.
Pros:

The staff are amazing and lovely, the location is perfect, very close to the sultan ahmad mousqe and very close the . I booked the family room, it was big and enough for the 3 kids. Overall, I'd say it was a great stay.

Cons:

Nothing actually, since I believe for the money I paid the service and the place was in my expectation. If I'd improve something, it will be definitly the breakfast. The food was cold and I stayed for a week, the menu never changed, same dishes every day.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Le personnel est très agréable mais cela ne fait pas tout. Beaucoup de choses sont à améliorer.

Cons:

La chambre était bruyante, bruits du logement situé au-dessus de notre chambre, et de la musique du restaurant qui fonctionne avec l'hôtel. Enceinte contre la fenêtre de la chambre. Musique jusqu'à 23h.
La salle d'eau était vétuste, pas très propre, fuite par le plafond (quand les gens du logement au-dessus se lavaient, cela gouttait dans notre douche).
Pas de lampe de chevet sur les tables de nuit.
Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer, manquait des viennoiseries, du vrai jus de fruits, des fruits frais.
La croisière sur le Bosphore proposée par l'hôtel, ne vaut pas la peine. Sommes arrivés avec 45 minutes de retard sur le bateau....

Tolle Lage, tolle Mitarbeiter!
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen, Wünschen, vor allem Asad!

Cons:

Ich hatte normalerweise ein Economy Zimmer gebucht, bei meine Ankunft haben sie für zwei Tage kostenlos ein Upgrade gemacht. Nur eine Nacht sollte ich im Untergeschoss Economy Zimmer verbringen. Da ja die Küche im Untergeschoss fast direkt neben dem Zimmer ist hat die ganze Zeit das ganze Zimmer nach frittier fett gerochen, das ist einzige Nachteil, sonst ich hatte sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
