El desayuno, mucha harina, no hay opción de elegir. El ruido de los jugadores de fútbol en ha noche. No hay cortinas en las ventanas hacia pasillos, hay luz automática y si alguien pasa se ilumina bastante la habitación

Excelente sitio para descansar y disfrutar de un viaje por Pereira.
Pros:

Un hotel muy cómodo, confortable con buenas instalaciones. La atención excelente, el personal siempre pendiente y atento.
Tuve que trabajar de manera remota y el internet funcionó muy bien, es un sitio muy agradable y tranquilo. Súper recomendable.

Cons:

Que en la oferta aparecía con desayuno, entendiendo la situacion de lo que se esta viviendo, por lo menos booking debía estar enterado y sacar esa opcion de la oferta y bajar el precio.

Cons:

The room wasn't ready by 3pm, which is the check-in time. The receptionist was impolite and not willing to help. Sheets were stained. Lizard poop on the walls. They marked us as we hadn't shown up but in reality we upgraded to a different room. The hotel has pictures of rooms that are only available to reserve if you message them privately, which is very misleading.
