Great value, excellent location, comfortable room, and genuinely warm hospitality
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The corridor is a little small, but considering the price, the room itself is a very decent size and offers great value for money.

The location is excellent — just about a 2-minute walk to My Khe Beach. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants and spas, so there are lots of options nearby. What I especially liked is that although it’s very convenient, it’s not right in the middle of the noisy area, so we could still enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

The staff were genuinely nice, welcoming, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast options, and I loved that they changed the dishes every day, so we had something different to enjoy each morning.

A special mention to Nancy, who was such a lovely and thoughtful lady. She checked on us on our last day, and when she learned that we were checking out that day, she kindly informed us about the complimentary airport transfer. We came back quite late for our airport pickup, and she still accommodated and assisted us. We truly appreciated her kindness and genuine hospitality.

Overall, a great stay for the price. Comfortable room, convenient location, good breakfast variety, and genuinely caring staff. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Cons:

Erg slecht verblijf. Het hotel is extreem gehorig, sterk verouderd en de kamers zijn piepklein. Ons uitzicht was letterlijk een muur. Het personeel kwam ongeïnteresseerd over en ondanks dat we aangaven geen housekeeping te willen, kwamen schoonmaakmedewerkers toch binnen.

Slechts twee liften voor het hele hotel, die ook als dienstliften worden gebruikt, en het ontbijt was erg slecht. Voor wie gewend is aan een westerse standaard van comfort en service zou ik dit absoluut niet aanraden. Ik telde de dagen af tot vertrek.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. The food was not tasty and the quality could definitely be improved

The location is excellent and very convenient. Everything you need is nearby, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities within easy reach.

Cons:

There are three TVs in the room, but unfortunately only one of them actually works. The room is quite old and looks different from the photos shown when I made the booking. The pictures online made the room look much newer and more modern than it actually is.
