Property had good location by the beach
Had to move one of our rooms because it firstly smelt like mould and had mould all through the bathroom. Also gut air conditioning was not working properly in the second room we booked. The rooms appeared to need some overall deep cleaning and maintenance.
The pool area was lovely however had zero shade.
It's fine for one night.
The lift doors close quicky. If there are many people inside the lift, the last person out gets hit by the closing doors. I got bruised.
The air conditioning worked very well, and the room had excellent ventilation, facilities, and amenities. We slept very comfortably throughout our stay.
The rooms were spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast selection was also good, with some dishes changing from day to day, which added variety and made the dining experience more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay and one we would gladly recommend.
A few minor drawbacks during our stay: the pool looked smaller in person than it did in the photos, and reaching it could be a bit inconvenient. The elevator only goes up to the 16th floor, so guests need to take the stairs to access the pool area.
Additionally, one of the rooms we booked had a faulty or very stiff door that was difficult to open and close. We often had to push or pull it quite hard, and sometimes it required a loud bang to fully shut, which could be disruptive to both us and neighboring guests.
It was a good location
The pool was dirty, the rooms were not clean. They kept cleaning our room when we said “do not disturb”. The pool was nothing like the photos online and the rooms were also nothing like the pictures online. They should be considered a 3 star hotel at best. The front desk staff were some of the most unfriendly people to talk to and deal with.

Le frigidaire qui ne sert à rien car il reste à la même température que l'extérieur, impossible de garder quoique ce soit au frais.
Die Lage ist super. Das Bett war das größte, dass ich bisher in einem Hotelzimmer hatte und es war super bequem. Das Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse unkonventionell, aber gut.
Es war ein klein bisschen hellhörig.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt sehr viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Leider gibt es zu wenig Liegen am Pool.
