Pros:

location was prefect, close to everything, walking distance to the lake, market and restaurants. The front of house staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal. Nos buscaron el Transfer al aeropuerto. Cómo nuestro vuelo no salía hasta las 23.00, nos permitieron dejar las maletas allí y estar en un salón en las horas de más calor. Todo fueron facilidades.

Exceptional stay at a 3-Star Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was limited, especially for vegetarians, but still sufficient to satisfy the palate. Fruit is of the highest quality. Hotel provided brown-bag breakfast which was very adequate for an early morning start. Staff were all-round very helpful. We had a room with an internal window which was not as bad as we expected. We had a room in the middle floor (3) which worked out well during the intense heat as guests on the top floor reportedly complained about the temperature. The A/C worked very well. Excellent location in the centre of the Old Quarter - great restaurants in the neighborhood. Special 'Thank you' to Ki at Reception - he was very helpful at all times with directions etc. Most of the staff spoke english. They accommodated an hour late check-out and kept the baggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Also good advanced communication prior to arrival by management is very reassuring - thank you Mike for keeping in touch!

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff is excellent, it’s clean with a good breakfast. You could not ask for a better location in old quarter.

Would recommend on location alone, but room was very nice. Lack of window in our room was not a real issue.
Pros:

Great location. Though when night market is going on cars can’t access the location and you’ll have to walk a block or two. Room was exceptionally clean and the staff were really accommodating and nice.

Cons:

beds were stiff, but they were no different than all the other beds in Thailand. Dark in the mornings due to the lack of a real window in our room. There was a window/door (not a balcony) but it opened up to a column in the center of the building.

Nice stay and very good staff
Pros:

The staff is very kind and helpful. They helped me with the airport pick up service (very good service). They also took the time to book a Grab for me for my transfer.
Very nice location too.
I recommend.

Excellent petit hotel
Pros:

L'hotel est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du lac (2 minutes à pieds) , et au coeur du vieux quartier.
Très bon petit déjeuner varié sous forme de buffet
Personnel très gentil et attentionné (comme souvent au Vietnam)

Cons:

Il manque une Safety Box pour y stocker les objets de valeur (passeport par ex)
