Una estadía con excelente ambiente
Pros:

Todo estuvo perfecto. El spa es algo que hay que probar después de un largo día caminando. Leo fue muy amable y nos ayudó mucho con recomendaciones de restaurantes locales. El ambiente aquí es realmente encantador.

This is a great place to stay, fantastic location in the old quarter, good sized room and everything was clean.
What really makes this an extraordinary experience is the staff! The whole team are just so friendly, cheerful and happy to have a chat or give you a suggestion for anything from the best egg coffee, what sites to see, the best Bun Cha or even help with putting your bags in the back of your airport transfer and making sure the driver knows which terminal to take you to. It's all done with a smile and such ease.

Perfect location and super comfortable stay
Pros:

The location is a dream- everything is just a short walk away. Our room was super clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. Huge thanks to Mike for being so welcoming!

Smooth city stay with great support

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno al The West Hotel & SPA: la posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal Lago di Hoan Kiem e nel cuore del quartiere vecchio di Hanoi. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza è stato il personale impeccabile nell’assisterci per ogni esigenza: grazie al receptionist Leo per averci aiutato ad organizzare gli spostamenti verso la Baia di Ha Long e Ninh Binh, e per essere stato sempre a disposizione per ogni esigenza.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere arricchita con una maggiore scelta.
