A cozy and pleasant hotel
Pros:

A very cozy hotel that felt like a true oasis of relaxation after a long journey. 😊

What we enjoyed most was the dinner experience – there was a special programme, and the concert took place right in the kitchen. We had never seen anything like it before, so it was such a fun and memorable experience!

We also appreciated the thoughtful details for children – there was a sandbox and a shaded area in the courtyard, which was lovely.

A big thank you to the staff, who found a solution when we arrived late and made sure we could still get some food from the restaurant, even though it had already closed. Such a lovely gesture and great care for the guests.

Cons:

On the downside, we missed having a minibar and a telephone in the room – whenever we needed something, we had to go to reception.

Für einen Kurztripp nett, Getränkepreise sollten überdacht werden
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht

Cons:

Preis-Leistung passt nicht gut. Die Getränke sind VIEL zu teuer, das Essen wird nicht gut nachgefüllt wenn man später ans Buffet kommt, auch fehlt Abwechslung am Frühstücksbuffet

Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich, Essen hervorragend ,die Küchenparty echt gelungen. Super Spa,alles top sauber. Tiefgarage👍 Wellness- anwendung top!!! Gute Busverbindung vor der Haustüre.

Cons:

Schade dass es bei 3/4 Pension Mittag keine kostenlose Getränke gibt und z.Kuchen muss man den Kaffee auch bezahlen. Klimaanlage im DZ nicht vorhanden. Ist aber auch das einzige was nicht so gut ist .

Ein Wohlfühlhotel in wunderbar ruhiger Lage in den Bergen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön ruhig mit Berg und Talblick. Die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet und tiptop sauber. Ein großes Highlight sind die überaus hilfsbereiten und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Kulinarik bei der Verwöhn-Pension auch für Allergiker und die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Unternehmungen. In der wunderschönen Hotel-Lobby wird am Abend Klavier gespielt und man kann den Tag nach einem leckerem Menü entspannt an der Bar ausklingen lassen.

Cons:

Auf der Sonnen-Terrasse im Wellnessbereich standen zu wenig Liegen für die Gäste bereit und am Innenpool war es zu laut, leider gab es keine Aufsicht.
