Realmente no me quedé por qué la aptitud del personal de plano pésima, la recepción muy sucia y descuidada, los pasillos donde camine y las habitaciones que logré ver no se veían nada agradables, ofrecen una mini alberca junto al estacionamiento que se veía el agua sucia. De lo peor que he visto a este precio.

Me cancelaron la reserva. Cuando reserve fueron específicos qué se pagaba la reserva al llegar. Estuvieron insistiendo en el cobro con la tarjeta hasta que la cancelaron. El de recepción pésimo al decirnos q ya estaba cancelada y yo con mii familia a las 7 de la noche en sábado sin opciones de hoteles.

Salvo la ubicación, no me gustó nada.

Cons:

La alberca tiene horario restringido y es muy pequeña, es un lugar donde hace mucho calor pero después de 7 de la noche ya no la puedes usar y por la mañana hasta las 9 a.m. la puedes usar ¡por favor! Si salgo a conocer la ciudad ya valió y así nos sucedió, mi familia en 3 dias de estadía nunca la pufimos usar.
El cobro por noche para mascotas es carisimo, no te dan opciones de hospedaje para mejorar tu estancia.

Que tuvieron agua caliente.

Cons:

La alberca sucia, la limpieza no tiene estándares de calidad, el piso del baño parecía sucio, olía a humedad, la habitación tenía mosquitos, no usan un aromatizante para que sea agradable, solo por la razón de tener agua caliente me quedé,
