Pros:

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic. There is a free to use washing machine and dryer which was excellent. Easy to access. Whatsapp communication and a person at reception most hours. Cleaning staff very responsive to feedback.

Cons:

The place needs attention to things that need maintenance and the room I stayed in (D) was advertised as a room with a terrace which is true but you can see from the photos that it is not a charming place to sit out.

Pros:

The room (Deluxe) was big and very comfortable with a private terrace, which is a huge plus.
The hotel is located extremely well and in a silence area

Cons:

1. I checked out on a Saturday at 12pm and the staff was not willing to extend it even by 30 min (even though is Shabbat and all the other hotels allow late-check out)
2. The curtain in the room was not covering the whole window. Therefore, at 5am there is enough light in the room to keep you from sleeping
