Мы приехали с хорезма и провели великоленый отдых в этом отеле персонал был великолепным особое спасибо Аминжону и Азизжону помогли во всем и обменяли деньги в банкомате завтрак был шикарным и номера чистые то что больше понравилось это спа и русская баня в нем советую всем 10 из 10 без условно

Free laundry service and clean room with many English TV program
Pros:

Free 24/7 laundry service was very helpful.
For detergent, if you purchase that, you have to pay. However, we brought detergent from Japan, we did not have to pay any money.
One little issue was that there are only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. So, if there are many tourists who want to wash their clothe, it could be a problem. In our case, nobody was wasing so that we could avoid that problem.

Many English TV program such as BBC and so on.

Cons:

Most of the staff were friendly, but some staff are not friendly if you do not speak English fluently.
No bath tub.

Все было прекрасно, номер комфортный. хочется отметить вежливость сотрудников на ресепшене. мы заселились поздно ночью, и большое спасибо Аминжону и Тимуру за то что продлили нам время выезда с 12:00 до 14:00 и были очень вежливы. однозначно один из лучших отелей, которые я посещал

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Персонал был невероятно дружелюбным, гостеприимным и всегда готовым помочь, особенно ресепшенист Азиз, который помог мне организовать доставку с Самарканда до Ташкента через почту.Номер был чистым, просторным и очень комфортным. Кровать была удобной, а в номере было всё необходимое. Завтрак был вкусным и разнообразным. Расположение отеля очень удобное, благодаря чему было легко добираться до разных мест и достопримечательностей. Атмосфера была спокойной, и на протяжении всего пребывания я чувствовал себя комфортно. В целом у меня остались прекрасные впечатления, и я с удовольствием рекомендую этот отель другим. С радостью остановился бы здесь снова.

Гостиница оставила весьма положительные впечатления мне и моей супруге!
Pros:

В целом отель мне понравился,у них есть бассейн и шикарный завтрак,во время заселения ребята из ресепшена Аминжон и Азизжон предоставили нам номер люкс за доп оплату а также ночью сотрудник ресепшена,именно Асадбек очень выручил нас с доставкой еды от EVOS. Ребята на ресепшене и в целом весь персонал оставили хорошие впечатления!

Во первых новый отель, рядом с аэропортом.Особенно удивило отношение ресепшена, красиво объясняют и показывают что такой сервис отеля.Во вторых номера чистые, очень приятно с первого раза, рум сервис есть специальной меню в комнате можно заказать разные блюда.Ресторан уютный и под брендом Giotto.Особенно хочу поблагодарить менеджера размещения за помощь и доброту:)

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Stadtmitte mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, Gefallen hat uns das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist speziell für islamische Gäste eingerichtet und hat auch einen kleinen Souvenirshop

Cons:

Im obersten Stockwerk hört man die Klimageräte auf dem Dach recht laut. Wir haben aber unkompliziert andere Zimmer erhalten.
