Not great and overpriced - wish we’d gone somewhere else
Pros:

Location was good.
Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No proper reception desk. Just a desk in the middle of the restaurant meaning you have to walk through the restaurant with all your bags to check in. Quite strange.

Reception staff were not welcoming. The vibe was like you were a bit of an inconvenience and they were doing you a favour to check you in. Not friendly.

Rooms were ok but on the small side and a bit clinical and lacking character.

We had booked two rooms - as soon as arrived we realised that the bathroom door on the first room did not shut (they have a slide shut mechanism -not a handle with a standard open and shut). It was wedged open and no amount of pulling would shut it. Obviously a bit of a problem! Staff came to fix it but no apology given and again a vibe of them doing you a favour / seeming annoyed to help you. Later that evening, the bathroom door on the second bedroom locked itself shut! So we couldn’t get in to use it. Staff had to come up three times to fix it - was getting late and it was pretty annoying not to be able to use bathroom and go to bed when we wanted. Clearly they need to sort out their bedroom doors as they don’t work properly (and they are not really suitable for a child or elderly person as they are heavy and difficult to open and close).

The shower in the second room was broken. Only the handheld hose worked but there was no mixer switch so we could not use the main overhead shower and so we had to hold the shower hose all the time. The shower is also designed so the doors don’t shut flush together meaning water goes out and all over the floor.

The rooms were very noisy until 10.30pm at night with loud music from outside by the river. Not the place to go if you need an early night.

Breakfast was ok but not great. Coffee from a machine - not freshly made. No buffet. Everything ordered from a menu but food was just….very underwhelming. Left wishing we’d gone out to a cafe.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Ljubljana perfekt geeignet.
Pros:

Sehr gutes und zentrales Hotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir konnten bereits vormittags in unser Zimmer (check in eigentlich erst ab 14:00). Das Frühstück war super gut!!!

Pros:

Perfect location right in the heart of the city. Very modern, clean hotel, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend as a hotel when visiting Ljubljana.

Nice hotel but staff shocking
Pros:

Cons:

Bar staff totally ignored us and others. When I raised this at reception, was told it was nothing to do with her and to speak to bar staff. Unacceptable in 4 star hotel

Fantastisk lækker morgenmad. Flot hotel som ligger meget centralt

Superb location, good food, friendly staff
Pros:

Superb location in the historic centre (but not accessible to vehicles, so a short walk from the taxi drop-off). Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (cooked to order). Dinner at the restaurant was also good, and they have an impressive wine list, including a good selection by the glass.

Cons:

As is often the case with city-centre hotels, the room was a little spartan. While I was there, there was some construction work going on, which was a bit noisy.

Mooi restaurant maar tegenvallend hotel

Het eten is voortreffelijk!

Cons:

Waar het beneden in het restaurant een luxe uitstraling heeft is het boven bij de kamers heel simpel. Ik heb goedkope overnachtingen bij Booking geboekt die vergelijkbaar waren en deze overnachtingen vond ik niet goedkoop

La ubicación es fantástica, en el casco histórico y a un paso del puente triple y del puente de los zapateros. Desde la ventana de la habitación se apreciaba la torre del castillo.
La cama era cómoda con dos tipos de almohada y el desayuno es fantástico, a la carta y elaborado al momento. La habitación era un poco pequeña pero dentro de lo normal dado que es un edificio antiguo y el espacio estaba muy bien aprovechado. Muy silenciosa incluso con las obras del edificio de al lado.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación había bañera en vez de ducha, algo alta para entrar de forma sencilla y la mampara no cubría lo suficiente por lo que había que tener algo de cuidado para que no saliera el agua al suelo del baño, pero en general muy buena estancia

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Lage ist phänomenal, Frühstück ist lecker, Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer waren sehr klein und direkt neben dem Hotel hatte es eine Baustelle, die man natürlich gehört hat. Anonsten hat es für uns aber gut gepasst.

Too priced for too less
Pros:

For 4 stars, i can say only that bed, pillow and breakfast have been good.

Cons:

It was very noisy. Obviously nothing mentioned even as temporary status that the next buildings have been in renovation (dust, noise).
The hotel is advertising a parking place. In fact it has only 3 parking places in a garage which are permanently "fully booked". The info received from the receptionist (despite was smily &nice) was incomplete and unclear. I parked in a recommended garage where the price was 45 euro/24h (i found next day). I could park on the street at cheaper score for 10 hours (4 euro). With the "recommendation" i paid 28 Euro/10 hours.
Extremely expensive and the quality of food & offer doesn't justify the money.

Pros:

Centralt bra läge. Trevlig personal som bjöd på bubbel vid ankomsten. Sköna sängar och fina rum trots att vi bokat ett ganska litet rum.

Cons:

Tyvärr var det ett byggnationsarbete i huset brevid vilket vi vaknade av tidigt på morgonen. Inget som hotellet rår för men kanske kunde upplyst om vid bokning.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in einer wunderschönen Stadt.
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen in der Innenstadt am Wasser.

Cons:

Wenn man einen Parkplatz vom Hotel bucht ist es gut, wenngleich der Parkplatz nicht direkt am Hotel ist.
