I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were amazing, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a great restaurant inside, which was a big plus for convenience and delicious food. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Room temperature was very cold, far away from the displayed 21 degrees. It was even colder than outside in the morning and night.
The breakfast is a la carte only, limited to two items per person - if you want more, you need to pay seperately. The portions are small (even the pastries). The restaurant where the breakfast is served is not safe for people with allergies or chronic illnesses like celiac disease. My wife took the yogurt with fruits without granola and scrambled eggs. She mentioned that she is a celiac and needs glutenfree food. She was served glutenfree bread, but did not eat it.
Unfortunately, she had a severe reaction afterwards. So either the yogurt or the scrambled eggs or both must have been contaminated. It seems like the service personnel is not aware of cross-contamination, because they put glutenfree bread onto my cheese platter, besides the pastry (contained gluten).

The only issue was the bathroom, the shower was hardly usable without flooding the floor as the screen was too short and the shower head did not stay in position when fixed in the rail
Fantastic location situated on the riverside. Outstanding restaurant but definitely have to book as it seemed to be the busiest restaurant in Ljubljana. The breakfast was exceptional- served a la carte in the restaurant. We loved our 2 night stay here.
Only a tiny thing and totally understandable in such an old building but the bedroom had a very sloping ceiling so had to be careful not to bump your head.

Il servizio di colazione alla carta. Dovendo scegliere dal menù poca scelta. Ad esempio scegliere tra diverse marmellate , fette biscottate non c'erano, dolci vari che di solito vengono serviti. Mi aspettavo molta più scelta da un hotel 4stelle.
Clean and restaurant was nice.
We had a very tiny room, no windows, air con very loud, so it had to be turned off, but then no airflow in the room. Works on a nearby building meant we had a jack hammer on the wall at 7:30am. Not the hotels fault, but not great for a rest.
