Pros:

Everything was perfect, the room was big with an amazing view and the bed very comfortable. The location is fine and it's a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.

Cons:

The only problem was the Wi-Fi that was diconnecting every 5 minutes. It didn't bother me but if someone wanted to work from their room they'd have to get another connection.

Prijs kwaliteit toppie! Zeer lief en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Ontbijt was super, heel gevarieerd! Lekker vers fruit. Parking van t hotel is zeker een bonus in Porto. Zeer nette en moderne kamers. Heel hygiënisch en netjes.

Jeg likte ikke mottakelsen i resepsjonen. Først fikk vi beskjed om at vi måtte vente til kl 15.00 med å sjekke inn. Det var helt ok, og vi spurte om å oppbevare bagasjen til da. Deretter spurte resepsjonisten om vi skulle bo på hotellet eller hostellet. Da vi sa vi selvfølgelig skulle bo på hotellet (vi er 55 og 60 år gamle) fikk vi plutselig sjekke inn med en gang. Det jeg likte aller minst var at døren til badet mitt ikke fungerte fra innsiden. Det resulterte i at jeg flere ganger opplevde å ikke få døren opp etter å ha vært på badet. Den tredje gangen klarte jeg overhodet ikke å få opp døren og måtte rope etter hjelp. Jeg ga beskjed etter første gangen og da antok jeg at den ble reparert selv om jeg ikke fikk noen tilbakemelding. Da jeg ropte etter hjelp og personalet kom og åpnet døren fikk jeg etterpå beskjed om at de ikke kunne fikse den der og da og at de anbefalte at jeg holdt døren åpen under oppholdet. Problemet var at det var lett å glemme når man er vant til å lukke døren. Jeg fikk ikke tilbud om annet rom, selv om jeg så på booking.com at de hadde rom ledig. Det burde de uoppfordret ha tilbudt eller annen form for kompensasjon. Det skal ikke være slik at man risikerer å bli innelåst på badet når man booker et såkalt 4 stjerners hotell.

Tolles Hotel für eine Städtetour mit überragend freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Wir sind viel in Hotels unterwegs, aber wir sind noch nie so freundlich empfangen worden wie im Select in Porto, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben, um vor einen Duoro-Kreuzfahrt noch einen Tag in Porto verbringen zu können. Am Tag der Ankunft hat uns die nette Frau an der Rezeption bestimmt eine Viertelstunde über Porto erzählt und mit uns eine virtuelle Stadttour gemacht, die wir dann auch abgegangen sind, inklusive eines Restauranttipps fernab der Touristenströme. Das Zimmer war tipptopp renoviert und alles sehr sauber. Es war auch kein Problem, das Gepäck kostenlos und gut aufgehoben nach dem Auschecken für ein paar Stunden zu deponieren. Nach dem Auschecken noch zwei Flaschen Wasser geschenkt bekommen, da kommt man gerne wieder.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación, la cama y las vistas desde las ventanas.
Nos recibieron con un par de dulces típicos de allí ,pasteles de nata,le llaman.
También la amabilidad del personal. Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos prepararon la habitación.
Al igual, para la salida,pudimos dejar las maletas en consigna bastante tiempo.
El personal excelente.

Cons:

No me gustó mucho el baño, aún tenían bañera, la mampara no estaba bien colocada y se salía el agua por fuera continuamente, además de ser una bañera bastante alta.
Creo que deberían reformar el baño y dejar zonas de mobiliario para guardar neceser.
