El wifi no funcionó en las dos noches que hemos estado el hotel estaba bastante abandonado sobre todo recepción el personal no era muy amable

The staff were unpleasant, and the manager in particular was very arrogant and showed a total lack of regard for customers, the manager is too busy doing nothing rather than attending to customers. An incompetent manager who needs to be replaced. The biggest issue with this hotel was that we were not given the room category we PAID for. We were then told we can take a much smaller room at the same cost ( as that’s all that was available) or check out. We chose to check out. All the while, the manager had his staff dealing with us and refused to kindly speak to us face to face . It was truly a horrible greeting into Porto .

The second day we came back to our room and it seemed like house keeping didn’t come by yet as the bed was untouched, our bath towels were unchanged, nothing had been cleaned. We then realized they did come by because they left us two new hand towels and didn’t do anything else. The floors in the hallways were disgusting and stained, the wifi did not work, the ac was bad, the floors in our room were sticky. Do not stay here you will be disappointed.

El personal poco amable, rozando la mala educación.

Carpet in hallways needed cleaning, spots and stains on carpet, otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

נדרשת מעט תחזוקה לחדר עצמו.

Badausstattung. 2 Personen nur ein Zahnputzglas, kein Vergrößerungsspiegel, keine Kosmetiktücher , eigentlich Standard!

El desayuno de un hotel de dos estrellas!!
Apenas tenía variedad y se terminaban las cosas y parecía que al chico le costaba bastante ir a la cocina y traer más para reponer, le faltaba un espabilar al pobre!
No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, deja mucho que desear!

Limpieza la justa. Instalaciones poco cuidadas y poco limpias
Las zonas comunes sucias y el mantenimiento del baño penoso. Los jabones daban miedo !
La cisterna no paraba de llenar agua, la bañera mal cuidada … en fin, dos estrellas y ya !

Da qualidade do colchão e do tamanho do quarto, para 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. A casa de banho precisa de vedar bem a água, para não passar para o lado de fora.

The room was only cleaned once during our stay. Breakfast was a bit disorganised, food, crockery and cutlery seemed to run out regularly.
