The hotel was great in general but we want to specifically thank Joao from the front desk for his warm welcome and the tips about the city. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel exceeded our expectations in general. I will definitely stay again here if I come back to Porto.

Equipe super atenciosa. Estava com outras 2 pessoas, solicitei quartos próximos e não hesitaram em alterar nosso apto. Café da manhã surpreendeu! Instalações modernas e novas. Localizado bem próximo às atrações no Porto. Fomos a pé a tudo! Ótima estadia.
Ar condicionado é central. Alguns moradores de rua nas imediações, mas sem riscos. É um problema da cidade e não do hotel.
The Location was ideal for me - it was a Short Walk to cafes and restaurants, not too much in the center, the staff was really friendly
I expected a higher quality for a 4 star hotel. The shower door didn’t properly close, the plastic of the hair dryer looked melted and deformed, the toilet flush went on forever when using, the windows were dirty and there was an air condition which could not be turned off during the day and not on during the night. This means it was sometimes too cold during the day and too warm during the night. I once arrived at my room at 6 PM and the room service didn’t clean the room yet. Moreover there was a problem with a data leak with my personal booking data and contact details and despite several emails / messages I did not receive any single response to my questions regarding the data leak.
