Stayed one night thrn moved hotels!! Couldn’t gets refund either

I came for a week! Solo female traveller! Arrived to be told no outdoor pool which I wasn’t aware of as they had drained it! My patio door wouldn’t lock, phone in the room didn’t work! Room very tired looking in need of desperate refurb!!! Restaurant lights went out twice so in total darkness!

La chambre n’était pas assez propre rempli de poussière datant de plusieurs semaine personnel nonchalant à la limite aigris qui n’a pas envie d’être serviable les femmes de ménage ne passe pas le balai pour la plupart ce contante d’un coup de serpillière et puis s’en vont laissant toutes la poussière logé dans la chambre il n’y a pas de jaccuzi ni de salle de sport et puis d’ailleurs le frigo n’était pas fonctionnel nous en avons fait part à la réception sans aucune réponse ni modification de leur part ce qui est inadmissible

Номер люкс, вид на море, высокие потолки, много места и воздуха, ну и вид! Цена и вид на море все конечно , компенсировали. И плюс завтраки включены. Всего достаточно.

Cons:

Уборка. Полотенца застиранные, пол мыли просто по видимым зонам, много пыли под диваном и креслами. Кондиционер один был сломан и сломан стул. На просьбу поменять стул ответили- если найдут , то поменяют. Ха-за, забавно как-то. Кофе отвратителен и в ресторане и в баре

Nice stay and good comfort
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We got a room in one of the buildings next to the main building, which had no elevator. The room size was alright. The bed was comfortable. It had TV, fridge and a kettle. Good shower. The staff was friendly and helped us getting extra amenities. There is a pool and spa in the hotel, but we didn't use it. The breakfast was fine, it has a good selection of food, but nothing too fancy.

Cons:

A lot of planes fly over the hotel to land at the airport. Since we stayed in a room outside the main building the noise from the planes were quite loud. The planes don't fly at night though, so it didn't interrupt our sleep. The roof in the room is very thin, so it's easy to hear the noise.

During my stay, I experienced multiple serious service failures. On the second day, there was no hot water available in my room, which meant I was unable to shower. On my final day, there was no water at all in my room. This resulted in a major hygiene issue, particularly after using the toilet.
When I reported this to your staff, no alternative solutions or assistance were offered. I also asked to speak with a manager and was informed that no manager was available. The lack of guidance or support in such a basic and serious situation was extremely concerning.
Access to water is a fundamental requirement for any hotel stay. The absence of this, combined with the lack of appropriate staff response, caused significant inconvenience and distress and fell far below acceptable service standards.

Good location, clean and tidy, excellent staff always polite and helpful, and the daily rate is very competitive.

Cons:

No negatives, however if it had a gym it would be perfect.

Das Zimmer war ok.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr schlecht.
Am ersten Tag war kein heißes Wasser für Tee da, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, als wir uns entschlossen einen Saft zu trinken, stellten wir fest dass auch Dieser Automat nicht funktionierte.
Es gibt viel Grünzeug zu Essen.
Keinen Joghurt, Wurst waren immer nur 3 bis 4 scheiben da und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt.
Das war nichts!!!

Es war wie immer ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Ich war inzwischen schon zum zweiten Mal dort und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat mich diesmal nicht wirklich überzeugt, und das Personal war leider auch wenig freundlich nicht mal ein ‚Guten Morgen.

Pros:

The hotel is wonderful. Tasty breakfast, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and clean pool and spa center, friendly and responsive staff. I spent a very pleasant 9 days in an apartment with a sea view.
