Everything is perfect beside the hair dryer is quite old but this is general problem in most of the hotel.

Pros:

Отель очень хорош для тех, кто на автомобиле. Так как расположен на самой окраине Ухчисара, до "цивилизации" минут 15 пешком. Все новое, чистое и красивое. Приятный декор. Неплохие завтраки шведский стол, бесплатные для Гениус. Экскурсии и полет на шаре можно заказывать сразу в отеле, цена адекватная. Очень оценили совет подождать день - получили цену на полет на 20 евро меньше.

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

The property belongs to a nice and hard working family. It is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Üçhisar. Nevertheless it is just couple minutes from the Üçhisar castle and Göreme National Park by car. Furthermore, if you like picturesque views, you just have to head straight forward as you exit the main entrance for around two hundred metres and you will reach a cliff edge with a wonderful panoramic view.
I initially booked two nights but ended up staying twice as long. My hot air balloon flight was rescheduled twice due to unsuitable weather conditions. And luckily I could get the rooms in the same hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also help to arrange a sightseeing tour, so feel free to ask them if you are looking to visit local places of interest.

Cons:

The overall atmosphere and stile of the rooms and property in general is very pleasant and appealing, but if I have to be honest, in one of the three rooms the handle of the entrance door was making little noise when pressed down. It is a very small issue and I’m sure will taken care of before the next guest will arrive.

Pros:

Place is amazing, breakfest was delicious, room was big and in well condition, bathroom very decent quality and the best was the dinning room/ reception. Stuff very nice and helpful.

Cons:

- no swimming pool
- poor Internet
- part of the stuff could a bit better speak english
- cleaning of the room (only on demand, I guess)
- not the best circulation of the air in the room

Hotel a conduzione familiare, pulito ed accogliente. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e pronti sempre a darti un supporto per qualsiasi cosa . Ti fanno sentire uno di famiglia e non è poco. Consigliatissimo

Φανταστικη επιλογη!! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη, ησυχη αλλα και διπλα σε ολα!! Ολο το καταλυμα εχει θεα στο καστρο του Ουτσχισαρ!! Οι ιδιοκτητες αλλα και το προσωπικο παρα πολυ φιλικοι, ευγενικοι και παντα προθυμοι να βοηθησουν σε ολα!! Το δωματιο ηταν υπεροχο και ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες!! Παντα καθαρο και με καθημερινη τακτοποιηση!! Μοντερνο αλλα και ταυτοχρονα παραδοσιακο με την αισθητικη της Καππαδοκιας!! Επισης το πρωινο νοστιμο, πλουσιο και παραδοσιακο!! Σιγουρα οταν ξαναπαμε Καππαδοκια, θα το ξαναεπιλεξουμε!!

Agréable séjour de 4 nuits, bonne base pour la visite de la région en voiture.
Pros:

Propriétaires accueillants. La patronne parle anglais, mais pas son mari. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Situation éloignée de la route principale. Nuit silencieuse!

В целом, отель произвел положительное впечатление.
Pros:

Красивый интерьер. Удобная кровать. Чистота в номере. Приятные, внимательные люди работают в этом отеле. Отличный напор воды в душе: от души вымылись после дороги.

Cons:

Мало мест для хранения одежды. В номере нет шкафов или полок, только один рейл для одежды с 3 плечиками ! этого совершенно недостаточно.

Très bien !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain très bien et un très grand lit ! Ménage quotidien fait, service de laundry et très bon petit déjeuner !
Un peu à l'écart de la ville mais pas dérangeant quand on a une voiture et nous le savons lors de la réservation !
Le personnel et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques !

A tranquil and beautiful stay in a wonderful setting. Fantastic hosts!
Pros:

The property is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. It’s in wonderfully secluded location, so away from the crowds in towns like Goreme. Yet a 20 minute walk max up to the old centre of Uchisar. It’s also a great spot for balloon watching.
Serife and her husband were so welcoming and delightful giving us great tips for the area and always offering to help with bookings etc. the breakfast is also delicious - local cheeses, homemade sweets and jams and fresh ingredients. Fantastic experience.

Pros:

It was quiet, good shower, friendly host, good parking

Cons:

The bed was too big for the room. We both had to side step to get into bed, which was very irritating. The toilet seat was loose/broken from the start. Also irritating. Little flimy paper cups for tea/coffee, also irritating. They have 2 children and they use the check in area/breakfast room as their living area. I stepped on a small toy which I didn't see. I say this because we walk a lot on our trips and I could have twisted my ankle had I not been so lucky.
