I would stay again without hesitation

I wanted a nice place to sleep after a 12 hour flight from europe. thats what i got

Good location but rubbish breakfast and service.
Pros:

Good location for staying near the airport and the shuttle was great.

Cons:

The service was very poor. The breakfast was only okay but there was never enough food out and staff were very slow to replenish the buffet when things ran out. The rooms were okay but the showers had very poor pressure.We stayed twice, two weeks apart, both times one of the two treadmills in the gym was out of service. They should put a sign limiting guests to 30 miutes max per mahine because there are so few machines.

Gut für eine Nacht
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück. Praktischer Shuttleservice vom und zum Airport im halbe Stunden Takt. Ruhig und fußläufig zum Walmart.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld bzgl Instruktionen zum Shuttle hat uns gefehlt. Nachfragen wurden idr Tage später beantwortet. Wir saßen dann in einem Shuttle vom Airport auf dem Fairfield drauf stand und fragten auch den Fahrer, der meinte:ja! Doch er lud uns am falschen Mariott (eines vom Fairfield) ab, was uns unnötig viel Zeit kostete. Wir wollten einfach nur ins Bett fallen. Am nächsten Tag musste ich den Mietwagen holen und mit Shuttle zurück Richtung Airport. Wir hielten an der roten Ampel direkt vor der Autovermietung, aber der Fahrer weigerte sich strikt mich raus zu lassen. Ich musste bis zum Airport mitfahren, dort auf den Shuttle des Vermieters warten und dann wegen Stau 30 min zurück fahren. Unnötig! Der Minikühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte nicht.

Very pleasant stay before our early flight!
Pros:

Nice facilities, was great to be able to use the small gym and do some quick laundry before our flight. Great breakfast and starts early so you can make use of it even if you have an early flight. Shuttle to the airport is very easy to use.

Cons:

Shuttle can get stuck in traffic on the busy road and end up taking a bit of time to get to the airport

Pros:

Only stayed here for one night before our early AM flight, but the hotel and its staff was great. We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning as well.
