Pros:

La chambre est tout à fait à la hauteur des espérances. Les lits sont très confortables. L'hôtel se situe juste en face de la station de métro ce qui facilite les déplacements.

Cons:

Après un excellent premier séjour, nous avons choisi de revenir dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement, notre seconde expérience a été moins satisfaisante. La propreté de la salle de bain était perfectible, mais surtout, un panneau lumineux « EXIT » se trouvait directement dans la chambre. Sa luminosité était telle qu’il était très difficile de dormir.

飯店有超賣房間的疑慮，過程要求幫房客退掉Booking訂房後，重新在官網以原booking房價訂購升等後的房型。升等固然好，但過程中與服務人員來來回回溝通，延誤入住時間，甚至客服還說出「我們沒有加價就幫你升等到更高級房型」類似的話語，感覺好像房客應該感激這"天上掉下來的禮物"。我們透過shopback在Booking訂房，有相關的現金回饋機制&信用卡回饋機制，退掉後從官網訂房該回饋就沒了，整體而言還是損失了。客服當下無法決定將回饋折抵房費，還需要我們先出示相關證明，並在大廳等待主管授權，縱使飯店服務再好，房型再高級，第一時間的入房體驗已被大打折扣。

整体接近商务酒店标准，但软性设施和细节不够好。

干净整洁，房间空间比较大，交通方便，生活便利，性价比高，安静。

Cons:

沐浴露洗发水摆放位置在洗手台，拿取不便，甚至一开始没有找到。有挂衣区却没有放置衣架。没有洗衣服务，对长途游客来说特别不友好。

Pros:

The property is right across the train station so easy access to get around. It is not a busy area so no worries about crowds or traffic. The room was huge and good value for what we paid. Room was also comfortable and employees were nice.

Cons:

I needed to borrow and iron but they charged 500NTD and you have to go down and get it yourself. So I changed my mind.
