我非常喜欢房间内的气味,给人感觉很清爽放松。洗护非常好,送的面膜也非常有品质。房间很大,露台的景色非常震撼。

This was our second visit in 4 months and we plan on returning early in the New Year. With that in mind nothing else needs to be said!
Immaculately clean. Perfect location away from the crowds but near everything. The owners treated us like family and helped us plan activities for our stay (Andrew is extremely knowledgeable). Wonderful experience at the chef’s tasting dinner.
This is a solid choice. There is no need to go too deep in the positives that have been covered by others. Our room 124 on the 2nd floor was spacious, well kept and clean. While there we met the owners and they seem to deeply care about the quality of your stay. Staff was also well trained and really attentive. We also ate dinner at their Michelin dinning experience ....top notch...but you will only want to eat there once during your stay as the menu will be the same. Don't worry they will help you find other places. I did eat breakfast there 5 days in a row. Choices never changee but I tried everything and never tired of it because the quality is very high. If you are driving do not worry, plenty of parking at the hotel. The lot was never full.
This would be my only concern. The hotel is on the main street at the far end of town, opposite end ot town from the train station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The room was a little warm so we left our windows open. This allowed for traffic and bus stop noise as well as some pesky flies into the room. (Our room was facing the street) It was manageable as we used white noise apps on our phone to drown out the street noise. As for the flies I think it was just that time of year as we ran into them no matter where we were in the area. We were there in early June. I highly recommend staying here.
This hotel is exceptional! The views from the rooms are breathtaking! The owners and staff run an excellent hotel and are warm and welcoming! The helped us plan appropriate hikes that were the highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed a food festival at the hotel on the Saturday which was great value! I highly recommend for a memorable stay in Grindelwald!
Good Property BUT Poorly managed.
Focussed more on taking extra money from Guests by not allowing them to use the toilets in the hotel lobby area for free & charging them additionally event after paying for breakfast for small breakfast items additional egg dishes.
They stopped me at check out and asked for payment again as the reception manager was not aware that the full payment was made in advance.
It’s simply focussed on Greed over Quality & service.
كل شي جميل وخاصه موقعه وفيو الغرفه جميل جدا
لايوجد مكيف فالغرف
This hotel is family-run and cannot be beat! Our room was beautiful with a terrace view of the Eiger. The location is ideal - in town but just outside the busy central area. There is a bus stop right at the hotel that we use frequently. The service was outstanding- staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided expert advice on local transportation, hiking and other activities. The breakfast was delicious, with many options. Dinner was divine - the best we had on our 3 week trip to Europe. We look forward to returning!
Great
It was an amazing and excellent location. The staff were exceptional. Due to the weather, we had to make some adjustments, and Andrew redeemed our trip by making excellent suggestions that worked wonderfully for us!
It was a lovely hotel right next to the Church in Grindelwald. It was in a quiet locality with the bus stopping right next to the hotel. While it's not at the centre of Grindelwald, there are quite a few restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel itself has a wonderful owner and staff as they greeted us as soon as we arrived. They also arranged for our luggage to be teleported to our room. They were friendly and the staff were more than accommodating. They had a laundry station at the basement and it costs CHF 5 for a wash and another CHF 5 for a dry. The drier was amazing with almost no wrinkles on my clothes. The room itself was clean and tidy - the bathroom had beautiful fixtures. They gave us a bottle of champagne at the last day which I felt was a nice gesture. The room was cleaned everyday to the best standards. We loved the moisturising cream provided so much that my wife decided to buy a bottle when we left. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and adequate amount of sitting. There was a balcony with a table that looks into the meadows outside where I enjoyed a few smiles with my wife. They also had a sauna and a Michelin star restaurant which we could not enjoy. I should also mention that they have a decent size car park, where about 15 cars would easily be accommodated. Breakfast was wonderful, and I highly recommend the scrambled eggs with bacon.
My wife and I stayed here in the first week of April and it was nothing short of incredible. Not knowing fully where to begin because it was all amazing, the staff truly set it apart and made the experience what it was. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making it special. Shoutout to Andrew for his personalized maps every morning on where to go and what to do - you were awesome! The room itself was plenty large, clean, and organized. To cap everything off, the views right out our windows and balcony made it the kind of room you never want to leave. We got a panoramic room and included both the spa and breakfast package. Highly recommend adding both packages because the breakfast in the morning, along with the staff, were amazing, as well as the spa and views from the hot tub.
定的是日落全景套房,阳台直接能看到教堂和雪山,景色非常美丽,泡池是一个亮点,很出片!在这里住了两个晚上
都很满意 前台的服务也很好
