10/10 would recommend
Pros:

Had to spontaneously book a room because my flight was cancelled. I was very happy to find this one. I was greeted warmly, explained everything, got recommended where to find food and shops etc etc. Had a calm night's sleep and easy check-in and check-out. Was a pleasure!

The worst hotel I've stayed in
Pros:

There was nothing positive about the stay

Cons:

The hotel is really noisey. On the first night the managers child was screaming until 3am and their room was right next to mine. On the 2nd night the manager had friends around for dinner and they were very noisey unil midnight. The living room and kitchen was right next to my bedroom. This is absolutely unacceptable to be having dinner at midnight when guests are trying to sleep

Nice place to stay with warm hospitality
Pros:

Lovely staff. Great welcome. Comfortable and clean place. Good location from Beck theatre

Cons:

3 am guests upstairs outside room. No privacy. Had to walk past man standing outside my room as I made way back from bathroom across. Very embarrassing and disruptive if we had been asleep.
