Repulsed , total waste of money , avoid this place .

Free parking and availability of the parking space.
Nice clean garden outside the room.
There was a big tv with Netflix, you tube etc.
Good heating with ability to control .

Cons:

It was a surprise that the room was in an outbuilding in the garden, this was not mentioned in the advert. The room was not clean, the staff cleaned the dirty floor intront of us with a broom . The bed linens and duvet covers were smelly, felt like it was not cleaned after the previous use, the door mat and bath mats were filthy. The toilet was dirty, very small with no room to move . Toilet, shower cubicle and the basin was separated from the bed room with a curtain , no proper door. There was no hot water. We paid £337.96 for 2 nights to stay in this executive family room. It was a total scam , nothing like how it was described and the reviews from other guests absolutely do not match the service . At a much lower price , for example , even less then what we have paid , may have been a okay stay , but for the price we paid , this was a total scam. We only stayed for one night . The next day we booked a proper hotel with a similar price. What a waste of money ! I will not recommend this place to any one . It’s a spare room in an outbuilding in the garden , never been professionally cleaned, the level of cleanliness is no where near even a basic high street hotel. Felt repulsed, disgusted and tricked by this booking . Avoid this place !!
