Bon hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Bien placé, bel hôtel avec rooftop.
Déco originale et agréable. Petite chambre cosy avec salle de bain propre.
Près des commerces etc..
Rotterdam n'est pas une ville très charmante cependant.

Cons:

Trop de lumière le matin pour dormir.
On entend l'église qui sonne;
ventilation dans la chambre de 8h à 23h (heureusement s'arrête la nuit).
Literie un peu dure à mon goût.
Le prix de la chambre est assez élevé (et c'est comme ça dans toute la ville)

A little underwhelming.
Pros:

The breakfast was good as usual but was often overcrowded. The hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

Compared to other Motel one's I have visited it was not that good. Old building, bathroom really small despite me being disabled and letting them know. Not ideal having the breakfast bar on fifth floor.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Die Platz-Situation beim Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe, viel zu wenig Platz für viel zu viele Gäste
Preis für eine Nacht etwas zu hoch

Hotel in Top Lage, jedoch ohne Fenster im Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral, besser geht’s fast nicht. Die Rooftop Bar ist auch sehr schön. Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Fenster im Zimmer die man öffnen kann, also nur Klimaanlage.

Echt een leuk weekend gehad in een leuk relax hotel.
Pros:

Ligging van het hotel.
Personeel heel vriendelijk plus als je een vraag had werd het met een glimlach opgelost.

Cons:

Plaatsen voor het ontbijt.Ontbijt zelf was top.En het personeel deed echt moeite pm zo snel mogelijk de tafels af te ruimen en ons toch een tafel te bezorgen.( wij waren wel met 4 en wouden graag samen ontbijten)Maar weeral ze deden alles om dit mogelijk te maken.

Het ontbijt was een ramp… eten in de lounge ruimte, waar niet genoeg plaats was voor de gasten die ontbijt al betaald hadden bij de boeking … overrompeling , rechtstaand moeten eten, en terwijl werden er nog ontbijten bijgeboekt die ter plaatste betaald werden door andere gasten ( terwijl er niet genoeg plaats was.)Tafels werden niet afgeruimd waardoor er te kort was aan glazen … assortiment aan ontbijt was basic… dan beweerde ze dat we per kamer maar 1 ontbijt geboekt hadden ipv voor 2 personen, en werden we precies als profiteurs behandeld en vroegen ze ons nog om bij te betalen
… gelukkig kon ik mijn booking mail laten zien waar dit zwart op wit stond dat ontbijt al betaald was… geen leuke ervaring en ook geen verontschuldigingen van de persoon aan ontbijtregister. De kamers op de site zijn ruim , wij hadden een kleine kamer, je kon amper bewegen, geen ijskast, de vloerbekleding was niet proper volgens mij want enorm moeten niezen en last van allergieën snachts… de handdoeken in de badkamer gaven witte pluis af…waardoor alles in de badkamer onder wit stof lag. Ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan… zeer teleurgesteld voor de dure prijs die we betaalden.
