Pros:

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. L'hotel si trova in una zona pedonale, piacevole e tranquilla, ma non è direttamente collegato alla stazione, un aspetto da considerare se si viaggia con i bagagli.

Le camere sono estremamente piccole. La colazione viene servita all'ultimo piano, dove una bella terrazza panoramica offre una vista molto piacevole sulla città.

Purtroppo, i pregi finiscono qui.

Cons:

L'hotel punta molto sull'estetica, ma trascura il comfort. L'atmosfera è fredda e impersonale, più "di design" che realmente accogliente. All'ingresso in camera si accende automaticamente la TV con l'immagine di un acquario, un effetto scenografico di dubbia utilità. Sarebbe stato decisamente più apprezzabile trovare un bollitore per preparare un tè o un caffè, oppure la possibilità di bere semplicemente un bicchiere d'acqua al rientro in hotel. Sono proprio queste piccole attenzioni a fare la differenza tra una struttura elegante e una che sa davvero accogliere i propri ospiti.

Мені дуже сподобалося перебування в цьому готелі! Номер був чистий і затишний, прибирання проводилося якісно. Персонал був привітний, а розташування готелю просто чудове.

Нам дістався номер із гарним видом на канали, що зробило перебування ще приємнішим. Також у готелі є бар на верхньому поверсі. На жаль, мені не вдалося його відвідати, адже я майже весь час проводила, гуляючи Роттердамом. Місто мені дуже сподобалося, тому хотілося якомога більше побачити та відчути його атмосферу.

Поруч із готелем є станція метро, а до центрального вокзалу можна дійти приблизно за 20 хвилин пішки, що дуже зручно. Єдине, на що варто звернути увагу: коли ми робили checkin out близько 6-ї ранку, найближча станція метро тимчасово не працювала. Це НЕ є недоліком готелю, але може бути корисною інформацією для тих, хто планує ранній приїзд.

Загалом у мене не залишилося жодних зауважень чи претензій. Все було чудово: комфортно, чисто й зручно. Якщо я ще раз приїду до Роттердама, то із задоволенням зупинюся саме тут. Однозначно рекомендую цей готель!

Location is 100% could not be better. The decor, and the bar staff on level 5 were also beyond excellent. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast is over priced. The rooms lack a few things. USB connections, glass in bathroom, shampoo, kettle and fridge.

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location for bars, restaurants & transport. The roof top bar was lovely. We can't comment on the breakfast as we experienced the cafe culture round & about the area.

Cons:

There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which would have been nice.

Het ontbijt voldoet meer dan genoeg,De locatie is top en ligt praktisch centraal gelegen bij alles.
Bij mooi weer is het ook aangenaam vertoeven op de rooftopbar.
Het hotel voldeed zeker aan mijn verwachtingen,k'zal er zeker nog terug gaan
