Very nice place. I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff responded very quickly to all of our messages and were incredibly helpful with any questions or requests. The location was excellent. I was able to walk to almost all of the main attractions. There is also a great café right below the apartment, which was a lovely bonus.

Cons:

The door code didn't work in my case, so I had to use a physical key instead. It took a little extra effort at the beginning while I figured everything out. However, the staff responded very quickly and resolved the situation promptly, so it wasn't a major issue.

Comodidad y cercania
Pros:

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de Atocha. Fuimos andando hasta el Museo del Prado, Museo Naval, el Jardín Botánico....El desayuno fenomenal,en una cafetería en los bajos del edificio. Muy cómodo. El código de la puerta de entrada se nos averió el segundo día, pero nos lo resolvieron enseguida,una camarera de piso nos facilitó una llave rápidamente.

Muy buena ubicación, pero el acceso y la cocina se puede mejorar.
Pros:

Buenísima ubicación, muy adecuada si vas desde Atocha a Madrid. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y el personal bastante amable. El proceso de check-in online fue rápido y sencillo, sin ningún problema.

Cons:

El acceso al apartamento no funcionó bien. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces al teléfono indicado porque no hay personal en el hotel siempre. Al final, tuvimos que recoger una llave física, que hizo que el proceso de acceso al apartamento fuera más lento. Además, en el apartamento, el horno/microondas no funcionaba correctamente, no calentaba la comida.

Nice, but there is a catch - it's automatic.
Pros:

The location is good, the apartment has everything one would need and functions well.

Cons:

The apartment is automatic and this has some downsides. First, one need to do some paper work right after booking. Secondly if you come to the place even 3 mins before your time there is no one to welcome you and let you in. Finally as the doors are fully automatic and code-driven you don't quite have a feeling of control, you even can't enforce the lock of the door during the night time.

Pros:

Excelente, muy bien equipado y con muy buen aire acondicionado. Todo estaba limpio y el acceso con código me daba seguridad.

Cons:

Eso si, no sé si tenía persianas o no, escuchaba que otros vecinos las usaban pero no pude encontrar el interruptor. A pesar de estar en la cama, podía ir ruidos en el pasillo bastante a menudo. No para los de sueño ligero.

美術館に徒歩圏内、地下鉄駅も近く便利

宿泊前日に建物と部屋に入る暗証番号が分かり、当日に部屋番号が分かり、オンラインチェックインが成功している事がわかってホッとした

Cons:

予約した後、オンラインチェックインのURLが貼られたメールが送られてきた。必要事項、パスポートなど書き込みはしたが、それが成功しているのかどうかの返答がなく、宿泊前に何度かメールしたが、返事がなかった。前日の建物の暗証番号が分かった時点でやっと安心した。返信は欲しい。宿泊中にAIによる返信がきた。
