Amazing
Pros:

Amy and Esteban were lovely, we didn’t have a good trip but as soon as we got back to Novotel Amy and Esteban were there to cheer us up with a lovely bottle of wine and lots of smiles. I would travel back to Tassie just for them two alone.

The location was great and staff very friendly.

Cons:

No blankets provided, we had to ask. No topping up of the mini bar each day - we had to ask. Apart from these minor gripes, we loved the stay.

Clean and comfortable and a great location
Pros:

Love staying here, staff are always friendly and welcoming and rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant is fantastic. Service was exceptional
