This is my second stay and this hotel doesn't disappoint. It is close to the lake and has several breakfast and dinner options on its doorstep. I was thrilled to have a super early checkin- much appreciated. The staff also helped me print something I needed for my business meeting.

Very small and masculine. Flashing light on and off all night Nil appropriate seating. No parking...street parking only. 1 lift in and out of the building. Never stay here again!!

Loved the location, spacious of the rooms, living area was fantastic with good space and all amenities. Bed themselves were the highlight, hardly find hotels with big beds. 10/10 for beds.
Bigger towels for larger people. No bathroom shoes provided. Smaller amenities like bathroom soap and cotton buds, shower caps would make it 100% better
Very well appointed. Very comfortable
The TV. For some reason they use the internet to stream the free to air channels. As the internet isn’t reliable the show you’re watching would drop out every 5 minutes or so. Normally comes back after 15 seconds however not always. Extremely frustrating when watching a show.

The bed mattress was the most comfortable I've ever slept on (I need to buy one immediately) pillows good too.

Really nice hotel room that was clean and cosy.
The rooms are modern and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the shower is great. Parking is $25 extra but it’s secure and undercover so good value. Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Nice cafes close by.
There’s nowhere to pull up and check in. There’s a couple of 5 minute spots out the front but cars were just parked there with nobody in them and not in reception either. We had to park in a no parking area.
There was no milk in our room and only one mug!
It was an excellent hotel. Very comfortable, clean and easy accessibility to the city. We definitely will use this accommodation in the future especially when travelling with our fur baby. Thank you!

Tv in the room kept on cutting out connection not found.
This problem was not addressed for the length of our stay which was disappointing
