Comfortable, enjoyable and would stay there again.
Pros:

There were no breakfast facilities, but there were plenty around close to visit. We went for the Dawn service Anzac Day. The Sebel was close and we were able to walk there safely. It was very quiet around this area.

Cons:

More car availability. Other than that nothing.

Very good for a short stay.
Pros:

Good city centre location. Very good for visiting the National War Memorial and the lake. Well equipped room, which was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The bed was overly large. A smaller one would have afforded more sitting space. Both chairs ought to be matching and have a back to them to allow more comfortable sitting for breakfast etc. Few nearby restaurants or shops. Not much of a view from the balcony.

Excellent value and a comfortable clean property!
Pros:

It was central to my needs . It was good value . Prices were reasonable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

There was nothing wrong with the Sebel.
A restaurant would be good.

Comfortable stay. Would return.
Pros:

Good location to landmarks, good selection of restaurants and food options walking distance. Easy to use and navigate paid carpark. With only one lift it’s still quite quick. Clean and well appointed apartment and friendly front desk service. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

I rang the Sebel a week before to book the night before and for the same room as I was having a surgery. They confirmed and said it was sorted but when we arrived it wasn’t and then the receptionist said he fixed it which he said he did and then the next morning our key didn’t work as it was cancel due to it not being changed over which I had to go down stairs instead of resting and the next receptionist said no it wasn’t changed then we had to say we were here for the original booking
