Pros:

Room decor and bed comfort were good.

Cons:

Not always someone on reception when you might need them. Ambient light in room from microwave, tv,router and sides of curtains affected my sleep… but I’m a light sleeper anyway.

Cons:

Room was small, bathroom was cramped. Had to wait for reception staff as a ‘back in ten’ sign was on the desk at check-in (4pm) then again approx 5:30pm, then reception didn’t even open until 8am in the morning so I couldn’t store my luggage for a morning work event.

Exceptional
Pros:

Clean convenient and we could bring our dogs and there was a comfy bed for them and bowls ready. The bed was sooo comfortable. Very restful pleasant room, close to yummy food and everything was close by. It was just great. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble!!

Pros:

Good location, nice room and exactly what I needed

Cons:

The room was cold the heating was obviously preset I couldn’t get the heater to warm the room at a higher temperature not good for Canberra at this time of year

Location is good and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Parking fee was not clear during booking and its expensive. Street parking was limited..
Kitchen was not stocked with sufficient plates and cups. No kitchen towel or Tissues were provided. We had call and request for one. AC duct was available only in the living room and not in bedrooms, so had to leave the bedrooms door left open for some cooling. No dishwasher available.
