A great stay for anyone traveling with a pet.
Pros:

The location was ideal and the room itself was fabulous. Two big beds, good living area and kitchen with everything that you needed. We came with a dog and were welcomed and catered for with a dog bed and bowl.

Comfy bed and spacious room

Cons:

No bathroom storage. Bathroom was very cold and the shower pressure wasn't very good. Only 1 flimsy towel each and no hand towel

Pros:

Location was ideal for where we needed to be. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly. We received a free upgrade which was appreciated. Apartment was modern and clean.

Cons:

The TV connection kept dropping out which made watching the World Cup Soccer difficult.

Perfect location, quiet and a short walk to restaurants/amenities
Pros:

Property was clean and suited our needs perfectly.

Cons:

Slight smell of dog (very slight) in the living area, but this was to be expected given it is pet friendly. It did not bother us at all.

Good clean hotel, great location and good value for money
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a stovetop. The premises were in a fantastic location close to many of the sights and restaurants we visited.

Cons:

Our bathroom basin was a little blocked and struggled to properly drain.

Clean, well stocked studio apartment well located but with a terrible TV service.
Pros:

we stayed in a studio apartment that provided us with a full kitchen and laundry facilities which we enjoyed.
The location was ideal for visiting the Houses of Parliament and the War Memorial.
Restaurants and cafes were within walking distance

Cons:

The accomodation was a little bit cramped with a small area for sitting and dining.
Similar to other reviews, the TV kept cutting out as the internet system on which it runs is very unstable. Very annoying. Ended up not watching TV
