Beautiful hotel with lots of history, helpful staff in a great area for exploring in the day and nightlife.
Pros:

The proximity to bars and restaurants and close by to walk into the old town, plus you are next door to Galata tower which is beautiful. We had an amazing stay here, when we turned up, Yunas couldn’t have been more helpful with explaining the history of the building and surrounding area. We even managed to get an upgrade and there were lovely touches in the room such as a tiramisu and handwritten notes welcoming us.
Breakfast is lovely, Hakan makes sure you are well looked after, breakfast is delicious and well worth the money - a great start to the day.
Gorgeous boutique hotel which deserves all of the accolades they have received.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Two twins Hakan and Ali vie for top place. Very good restaurant/breakfast. Above all atmosphere.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel but beware Istanbul is mindblowingly expensive making London look cheap

Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Das Hotel befindet sich in dem lebhaften Viertel Karaköy, aber liegt dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße fernab des Trubels der pulsierenden Metropole. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es herrscht eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, da es sich um ein kleines Hotel handelt. Die Zimmer sind überaus großzügig und modern gestaltet. Auf Sauberkeit und Komfort wird großer Wert gelegt. Das Frühstück wurde stets sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und von dem äußerst aufmerksamen Kellner Hakan serviert. Der Innenhof des Hotels ist eine kleine Ruheoase, wo man entspannen kann. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthalts rundum wohl gefühlt und können diesen schönen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
