Ich fand es super toll dort und werde nächstes Mal wiederkommen.
Pros:

Tolle Atmosphäre im Hotel, durch die Würdigung von Adidas Gründer. Mit Exponaten in der Lobby, ich mag die Adidas Produkte sehr.
Ich habe den Fitnesstrakt genutzt und war sehr angetan. Davon super!

Nichts.

Perfekte 4 Tage
Pros:

Tolles Appartment zum Wohlfühlen. Auch mit den Hunden alles perfekt. Ruhige Wohngegend mit Stadtpark wo man direkt mit den spazieren gehen kann. Sehr nettes Personal Wir kommen wieder 😃

Gutes Hotel mit prima Ausstattung aber schlechtem Restaurant
Pros:

Wir waren im Appartementhaus untergebracht. Die Zimmer waren riesig, die Bäder superneu und sehr gepflegt. Das Angebot mit Pool und Sauna ist hervorragend. Nach einem langen Tag genau das Richtige. Der Empfang war superfreundlich. Das Frühstück war abgesehen vom Preis gut, es fehlte einfach an nichts.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war eine Katastrophe. Die Bratkartoffeln waren noch roh und das Kalbsschnitzel von Sehnen durchzogen. Der Rahmsauerbraten hatte keinen Rahm, war aber sonst gut. Nachdem das ganze Essen zurückging, kam nicht einmal die Frage, ob es ein Problem gab. Die Bedienung hat uns mit Missachtung gestraft. Von Überforderung oder Stress kann eigentlich keine Rede sein bei ganzen 5 Gästen im Restaurant. Gerne hätten wir noch etwas getrunken, sind dann aber in die Bar gewechselt. Bei den Preisen und dem Ambiente würde man mehr erwarten, aber Küche und Service kommen dem nicht nach. Mehr Schein als Sein!

Ich hatte einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und bin insgesamt total zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, eher der klassische Standard, nichts Besonderes, aber ausreichend und ordentlich.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Badezimmer war nicht ganz so gründlich gereinigt, im Waschbecken lagen ein paar Haare. Das hat mich persönlich aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Hat alles gepasst - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal vom Frontdesk bis zur Putztruppe, Tiefgarage, Aufzug zum Apartment, wir hatten das Comfort-Apartment mit Küche das genügend Platz & Comfort für einen zwei- bis dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt mit zwei Personen bietet, auch das Bad mit Wanne und Dusche war sehr sauber und angenehm, man hat sich wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die Wege von der TG bis zum Aufzug sind etwas lang & verwinkelt, es wäre toll wenn es in der Küche auch einen Backofen und eine Spülmaschine gäbe, das WLAN ist etwas unzuverlässig und bricht öfters mal ab, das geht 2026 schon besser.

2nd Stay was Disappointing
Pros:

Convenient Location and Facilities.

Cons:

My stay this time was a little disappointing. I had booked a 'Comfort Room with Kitchen'. Prior to check-in I shopped for my groceries for all my meals during my length of stay. When I got my room there was no Kitchen. During the check-in the reception didn't even mention to me that they didn't have the room I had booked. When I called them after I went to my room, they said they didn't have any rooms with an available kitchen. I would have expected this communication prior to my arrival.
(My colleague on the other hand didn't book a room with a kitchen and checked in after 9pm and received a full apartment with a kitchen.)
They didn't compensate in any way for the fact that the room provided was different.

I checked out a day earlier, and when I requested for the invoice they said they cannot provide it to me until the actual check out date - though in my previous stays i have always got it the night before. Its been almost 5days since I checked out and I have still not received the invoice.
