Lovely space, great location, wonderful food and drinks and lovely staff. Not deluxe - not bougie.
Pros:

Location and bed was lovely and room was decent size and quiet

Cons:

No netflix or apps on the tv, the fire alarm went off with no warning and then there was a big electrical hum all night.

Very clean pleasant hotel, friendly staff but needs extra attention to justify the price
Pros:

Nice & clean modern design
Comfortable rooms
Location suitable for what we needed during the weekend
Refreshments available complimentary in rooms

Cons:

Breakfast a little pricey
No Gluten free bread on one of our days stay which is poor for the size if the chain
Few mixers unavailable at the bar
Service charge even at the bar which in turn came out at nearly £3 for pouring a glass of wine and 1 coffee

Amazing cosy hotel in London
Pros:

Property was spotlessly clean, really cosy room and very central for travel round London.

Cons:

One of the mornings we were seated for Bfast and were forgotten about for 20 minutes before our order was taken. But staff were very apologetic and bfast was served quickly after this.
