Fantastic base for a two night cultural trip to London!
Pros:

A fantastic location to visit Kew gardens and visit the Tate modern and central London. Such a warm welcome from all the staff who were both friendly and fun! The bar near the entrance was a great place to hang out and make our plans for the day or have a pre dinner drink. Fantastic two night break in the capital - the best hotel we've stayed in London!

Never Again.
Pros:

It is conveniently placed and clean.

Cons:

Staff are extremely rude. I was just given a key and not told where my room was. Normally its simple but as there are 2 separate lifts to 2 parts of the hotel it was frustrating especially as I had to go back to the back of a long queue at reception to find out where y room was. The only help I got was from a member of security who saw my frustration and kindly helped me to my room.

It is advertised as having air-conditioning, well it appears that it does have air-conditioning but a single ice cube cooled my room better. The air conditioning did not work in most of the rooms and those it did work in, it was unnoticeable. There are no openable windows.

Pros:

Meghan at the reception was a super star. She was so helpful and accommodating. She truly made our trip. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the location is outstanding.

Slippers were not provided, unfortunately.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff and good amenities
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the style of the property was contemporary and the room and bathroom were spotless. Great location for Westfield and 2 minute walk from tube station to access different parts of the city. Complimentary water, proper milk for tea and coffee and no single use plastic!
