Pros:

Staff ,very nice , rooms very clean beds comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was ok , meal we had one night was terrible , hot chicken sandwich , way to spicy couldn't eat it at all and very over priced, as we're the drinks . Let's the hotel down , we went over to Westfield to eat after

Un hôtel très agréable, avec une décoration exceptionnelle qui lui donne beaucoup de charme.
On s’y sent tout de suite bien, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante.
La literie est très confortable, parfaite pour passer une merveilleuse nuit.
Le restaurant est également très bon !

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : le personnel à l’accueil, un peu froid, qui ne prend pas vraiment le temps de donner des explications à l’arrivée.

Cons:

Its very painful to get the room cleaned each day , which is just a basic service when staying at the hotel.

Each day you have to request it , it never comes at the tome you request and really ruin sthe stay and plans .

Definitely on my list of places to stay again
Pros:

I have stayed here twice recently and it’s a great hotel. Rob was amazing at checkin, very professional, efficient and kind. Both times it was a clean and comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly lovely and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The lobby is a great working space.

Cons:

I don’t think there’s anything to fault.
