The Hotel is beautiful all around. The staff at reception were friendly, informative and fast. The room had excellent views, was comfortable and clean.
The staff at the restaurant and rooftop were rough and turned vibe into a not pleasant one. They asked us for reservations for the restaurant and rooftop when nobody say anything about making a reservation. Anyway reservations for people staying at the hotel. 0/10. Breakfast was horrible, they have nothing. Really limited selection for 25 Eur pp plus drinks extra charge. 0/10. The location of the hotel is good. But the surrounding areas not. A lot of homeless people, dirty, scary and definitely dangerous. Not appropriate to be out after 10pm without becoming a psycho for your security.

The location is not good. The surrounding areas are crowded with migrants and the streets all around the hotel do not feel safe
We liked the location and the hotel decoration.
We were very disppointed with the staff service when we confronted them with some issues happened in our stay. The gave us a disable room with a disable bathroom. We said that was a bit disconfortable and they state that many clients complain but their aswer was saying that many people say the same and they will take into consideration these opinions in the future. Also in one of the mornings the hotel was without electrecity for more than 3 hours in the morning where we had no hot water by defition for shower. We had to use the stairs for the 14th floor during that period. The staff said was mantenaince and things would be back to normal soon. In summary, our stay was not very pleasnat and the satff made nothing to improve or compensate it.
Dog friendly, dog allowed everywhere including the roof top bar. Amazing room, we got a complimentary upgrade to the ‘biggie’ room which was superb. Great decor and atmosphere. All bars were busy which meant for a great place to end your night.
Location seems to be a little bit undesirable at night. It is near several other top hotels but the walk back on a night felt a little ‘rough’. Wouldn’t put me off staying there again though.

Super mooie hoekkamer op een hoge verdieping, uitkijkend over de stad, comfortabel bed, rooftop terras en lekker restaurantje op de begane grond. Metro in de buurt, dat inderdaad wel bij station Noord ligt waar het soms wat onguur kan aanvoelen, maar over het algemeen veilig is. Parkeergarage is ook vlakbij. En de stad loop je zo in vanaf het hotel.
