Excellent hotel in a great area - we had one of the corner rooms which offered fantastic views of the city!

Close proximity to train station and surrounding area does not feel safe.
The corner room was absolutely stunning. The view was beautiful. Everything was super clean. Nice room size, nice shower, full body mirror…
On the first night we requested for hypoallergic (syntetic) pillows and duvet without feathers. We called to the reception, but we just got another pillows and duvet made of feathers. So we ended up with a room full of down with the answear that they don’t have hypoallergic pillows. We called to the reception again, because we found it really weird and they told us somebody will bring synetic pillows and duvets. We were waiting, we were tired, it was 1:30, but nobody showed up. On the other day, they changed it without any problem, so…

There was a very strange smell in the room. Given that the windows cannot be opened, there wasn’t possible to air the room. Apart from that, the automatic ventilation and airco were on the entire time and didn’t stop blowing even when I pressed ‘off’. The sound was very disturbing the entire night so I woke up with a heavy headache. Bed linen smelled strange as well and I had the impression as if they did not change it but used a steamer instead.
All in all - very strange experience this time. This wasn’t my first stay in this hotel and last time my stay was pleasant, but this time, I was very much surprised that the room smelled so strange. No idea what it could be.
Breakfast is excellent, the staff at the reception is very kind but the room was a very weird experience.

Location isn’t great in the evening but property itself is excellent
Alles sehr sauber, Zimmer geräumig, schöner Stil, mega Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Hund war sehr Willkommen, darf zwar nicht alleine im Zimmer gelassen werden aber dafür in jede Räumlichkeit mit. Top!
Die Gegend war leider sehr unschön. Viel Müll, Dreck, Obdachlosigkeit,... abends/nachts fast nur Männer unterwegs, die einen auch ansprechen.
Musste mit dem Hund immer sehr weit laufen bis zur nächsten Wiese.
Für die Gegend kann das Hotel nichts aber sollte find ich erwähnt werden.
