Le personnel très jeune et peu accueillant
L'hôtel est super bien placé et la décoration tellement réussie ! Dépaysement assuré rien qu'en entrant : touche latino chic et rétro de très bon goût !
Le petit déjeuner n'offrait pas assez d'alternatives pour les personnes véganes ou / et qui mangent sans gluten mais semblait très bon pour toute personne sans restriction alimentaire.

Tout petit hic mais finalement pas grave du tout, il était noté que nous aurions un grand lit mais finalement c’était plutôt un lit de 140cm
Everything about the property met our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, and we were very happy with the overall experience.
The entrance to the property was quite inconvenient, especially when arriving with luggage. There was no easy way to unload our bags directly at the hotel entrance, and the location of the lift to access the hotel was not clearly indicated. As a result, we had to pull our luggage along the street, which made the arrival experience quite difficult.

The service wasn't what I was expecting from a Hoxton hotel. Room cleaning shouldn't be a request at this rate and should just be done. I asked for the bed to be made and coffee's to refill twice, via WhatsApp and reception before leaving for the day and still wasn't done. The reception did apologize, but it's a simple service I expect, without having to ask. The rooftop bar was quite loud and we can hear the music in our room, asked when this will end on WhatsApp, but no response. At check in we weren't informed about the experiences and activities the Hotel offers, and only by accented discover this on the app (only discovered the app then too), just before we left, the bikes would have been great to use. We order room service and the food was terrible. Chicken burger super dry, old buns, so much sauce and the patty so small it looked like a chicken nugget. The salad was wilted and avocado black, un-fresh and unpleasant. After mentioning "room service for two" they only brought one cutlery set. The food was delivered open and not covered, so who knows... Honestly, except the beautiful design, it was super disappointing and was really looking forward to our stay. In all honesty I don't think we'll pay the premium for staying at a Hoxton again. Service is key in hospitably and that's what guest keeps on coming back too.
