Highlights: Excellent staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant/bar is a great location for sundowner drinks/dinner. The bed, and room itself was exceptionally comfortable and clean.
We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a DJ playing until 12.30am. Luckily we had plans to go out in the evening from 9pm-midnight, so the music had finished by the time we got back to our hotel room. But if we hadn't, the thumping of the DJ bass would have kept us awake / we would have had to ask to change rooms. We otherwise slept well!
Great location opposite the Botanical Gardens, and Rogiers Place metro station a short walk away. Fantastic breakfast options - I can recommend the quinoa pancakes!
There could have been some drawers in the room for clothes storage - I stayed five nights with only one small shelf in the cupboard sufficient for clothing.
The rooftop bar was lovely

The hotel itself has a free eat vibe and we loved the aesthetics and look and feel. Great natural light and lounge/ lobby area!
The only problem with this hotel and all Hoxton hotels is the closet/cupboard space! We had booked the biggest room available and had one small cupboard probably 50cm wide. No shelves and no drawers although there was lots of space in the room to include such furniture.

Very nice hotel with beautiful decor and spacious, comfortable rooms. The bed was great, and the bathroom, while small, had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the restaurant’s good-quality food and interesting menu, as well as the rooftop Mexican restaurant. Check-in was easy, and the staff were nice overall. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel. The quality was very fair for the price we paid.
There are a few opportunities to make the stay feel more special. We were offered early check-in for a small fee 24 hours in advance, but on the day itself it was suddenly no longer possible. We understand that early check-in is subject to availability, as at most hotels, but this was frustrating when we were trying to plan our arrival. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city center, in a somewhat mixed neighborhood, we felt safe in general, although I wouldn’t recommend walking from Brussels Nord station after dusk as the area can feel a bit sketchy. The staff were pleasant but not particularly warm or proactive in making the stay feel special. A few small touches would also elevate the experience, such as a Nespresso machine, bathrobes and slippers, or a proper in-room minibar; only two small bottles of water were provided daily. The hotel promotes itself as eco-friendly and offered the option to reduce housekeeping frequency, but without any price adjustment. It felt a little odd to pay the same rate for fewer services.

Large comfortable room, clean, public spaces are lively and funky, the rooftop bar was great to see the eclipse.
The neighborhood is quiet just outside the main tourist area. It was fine until we used the Nord train station one night. It was a scary walk home. Use Midi Train Station instead and take an Uber.
Loved the decor and the style. The staff were very polite and attentive. Nice gym. Peruvian restaurant made a nice change and a good quality breakfast. Extremely hassle free stay and a pleasant surprise on a business trip
The place is well appointed with a great view. Highly recommend if you have some time in the city. Excellent breakfast, nice court yards and the bedding was luxurious. I will plan on staying again.
Location is downtown, but not very close to any metro. It would be a bit of a ride to get there from the air port. It can be a bit of a challenge to find if you are on your own. The vibe of the place was upscale, but the staff wasn't much dressed like it?
