Die Lage und das Personal war super freundlich.

Das einzige was nicht so toll war ist die Position vom Fernseher aber das jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Lovely accommodation. Quiet and peaceful with everything I needed. Rooftop terrace was perfection.
Pros:

Loved the privacy and the cleanliness of the apartment. Completely set up with everything I needed. Close to Edeka Rees and great places to eat. Easy to do a walking tour of the city.

Cons:

I was not able to screen mirror or cast to the tv in the apartment. As I was using the guest wifi. It would have been nice to be able to do that.

Kurz zusammengefasst, beim nächsten Besuch in Freiburg werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
Pros:

Die Begrüssung und sehr nette Unterstützung von Arthur beim Check-in am Automaten. Zudem waren wir von dem vorgekühlten Zimmer total begeistert, da die Klimaanlage auch in Betrieb war, wenn wir nicht im Zimmer waren. Auch der Kühlschrank war bereits vorgekühlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, das ganze Studio hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.
Tramhaltestelle ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar, die Messe liegt zu Fuss ca 10 Minuten entfernt.

Just really nicely laid out and the room was clean, modern and you had everything you needed to live comfortably.

Cons:

A Washington machine in the apartment would be nice or at least two washing machines down stairs.

Mjög fín íbúð, mikill léttir að hafa góða loftkælingu. Að öllu leyti nútímaleg og fín, þægilegt rúm.

Cons:

Ég var spennt fyrir útsýninu yfir svartaskóg sem virtist fylgja íbúðinni. Svalirnar sneru hins vegar í átt að gríðarlega stóru byggingarsvæði, þrír stórir kranar fyrir utan. Við vorum vakin einn morguninn kl.7 við sprengingar.

Pros:

Perfekt war die Klimananlage, da wir sehr heiße Tage hatten. Die Begrünung des kompletten Häuserblocks, sowie die Dachterasse mitsamt der Bienenstöcke ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett ist zu klein, was auch nur von einer Seite zugänglich war. Die Zimmerreinigung / Handtuchwechsel hat trotz unserer Anmeldung bei der Reinigungskraft nicht stattgefunden. Die Alarmierunng der Brandmeldeanlage war auf der Dachterrasse nicht zu hören!

Moderne Unterkunft mit guter Lage und Ausstattung, jedoch mit einigen Mängeln bei Komfort und Sauberkeit
Pros:

Die moderne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft überzeugt mit einem schönen Balkon, einem tollen Dachgarten, einer praktischen Tiefgarage sowie einer sehr guten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Cons:

Der Online-Check-in verlief zwar unkompliziert, allerdings hätten wir uns eine persönliche Begrüßung gewünscht. Die Holzumrandung des schmalen Bettes birgt aus unserer Sicht ein gewisses Verletzungsrisiko für die Beine. Zudem stand eine Bettseite direkt an der Wand, sodass wir übereinander klettern mussten. Nachttische oder kleine Ablageflächen für Brille und persönliche Gegenstände haben ebenfalls gefehlt.
Auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Insbesondere die Lampe über dem Esstisch war mit einer deutlichen Staubschicht bedeckt. Außerdem war das Toilettenpapier sehr dünn und der Spülmittelspender war leer.

sehr modern, großes Zimmer und Bad und schöner Aussicht, super ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine, einfacher Check-in, schöne Lobby mit Snackautomat

Cons:

Nachts Erreichbarkeit erschwert, Bett steht trotz großem Zimmer mit einer Seite an der Wand und somit muss einer immer über den anderen hinüber klettern, um aufstehen zu können, Balkon leider etwas durch Vogelausscheidungen verdreckt

Pros:

The apartment was spacious, with all the necessary facilities for very comfortable stay. The tram station just across the street and grocery and bakery just a few minutes walking distance. The location is superb in quite area. Not the city centre but since the city is small itself,you dont even feel it

Cons:

The bed was a little bit on a smaller side and the mattress not very comfortable. Bed linen quality might be better as well
