Heel mooi en fijn verblijf! Ook een fijn verblijf voor de hond.✨
Pros:

Fijn verblijf, mooi ruim en een frisse blik, leuke balkon, bed was schattig op gesteld en erg mooi.

De style van de kamer was ook mooi, douche was fris misschien een klein gordijntje voor het raam?

Top airco! Leuk uitzicht, fijne keuken/koelkast.
Fijne parkeergarage, erg veilig ook.

Restaurant Purino, echt een aanrader en 7 minuutjes lopen!

Cons:

De airco/ventilator maakte veel lawaai, ook als je hem uit hebt staan.

De balkons lopen in een stuk door, dus je kunt bij wijze van bij de buren op balkon komen of de buren bij jou.

Schoonmaakster waren ‘s morgens om 08:00 erg luid, heel hard gelach en harde geluid en geschreeuw, ze hadden het erg gezellig en dat is goed maar niet fijn om 08:00 ‘s morgens

Parkeer garage was wel even zoeken en niet heel duidelijk te vinden, misschien iets duidelijker maken.
Verder wel een fijne garage.

Om in de stad te komen moet je 30min wandelen (in de zomer best warm) of 7 min rijden met de auto en betaald parkeren.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Sehr gut ausgestattet .

Cons:

Die Couch hatte einen unschönen grossen Fleck. Die Betonplatten vom Balkon waren verschmutzt und es wächst viel Unkraut. Sah nicht sehr schön und einladend aus.

Sehr funktionelle und geschmackvolle Unterkunft mit phantastischem Blick
Pros:

Ausstattung und Lage großartig. Blick auf den Schwarzwald, gute Anbindung.
Die Dachterrasse ist super. Parkplatz am Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig.

Cons:

Diesmal war der Balkon nur bedingt nutzbar vor lauter Taubendreck. Das war schade.

Soggiorno piacevole, ma si può migliroare
Pros:

Soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è leggermente fuori rispetto al centro di Friburgo, che è circa 30 minuti a piedi. Arredamento molto moderno e nuovissimo. Finestre ampissime con vista spettacolare sulle colline e su parte della città

Cons:

Purtroppo la cucina era priva di utensili base, come il contenitore centrifuga per l'insalata, il pela patate, la tovaglia o una scopa per dare una spazzata ogni tanto. Inoltre il terrazzo, pur essendo spazioso e con una vista mozzafiato, era molto sporco per via dei piccioni. Una sedia era rotta, l'altra sporca. Il piumino aveva una macchia tipo caffè/sangue.
Sistemati questi dettagli, il posto risulta molto piacevole e moderno. (vedi foto)

Wie immer, man weiß was man hat. Schönes Zimmer mit Aussicht und man fühlt sich fast zu Hause.

Die Sauberkeit auf dem Balkon hat sehr nachgelassen. Dort müsste wieder öfter und gründlicher gereinigt werden

Missing information about air conditioning control, missing waste sorting containers, poor lighting, neglected maintenance (cleanliness) of the balcony, completely inappropriate placement of the double bed, no access to half of it, turning it 90 degrees would be enough
