Perfectly fine
Pros:

Location was ok - room small but comfortable. Nice shower, tv didn't have any extra stations, hairdryer provided, shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Fan in room which was a nice touch.

Cons:

I didn't opt for breakfast - £17 is just way too much for this type of accommodation. The lift is pretty slow. Someone's not always on reception but I get that.

Good place sto stay in Blackburn.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Bed was nice and there was a good shower. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Location isnt great and it looks tatty from outside.

Pros:

This was a well appointed, comfortable hotel in a great location. I had a good sized room. All just what I needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a more competitively priced option for a light breakfast - £17.50 seems a lot when I don't want a full cooked breakfast.

Ok stay felt like privert hotel not part of the best western group
Pros:

Central and a clean room

Cons:

Disappointed that the room had no bath only shower, no air conditioning nor did. The staff have a ice bucket when asked for drinks as no fridge

It was clean and secure

Cons:

On a heatwave they opened all windows to let the heat in. Rooms were stifling.no fans or air conditioning. The lift mechanism sounded like someone playing the drums every time it was in use. External doors locked all the time because of the area it is in.

A comfortable haven after a long train journey.
Pros:

The hotel was secure and quiet. My room was very clean and spacious with extra beds. The bathroom was lovely with a huge powerful shower.
There was plenty of tea and coffee and Biscoffs available.
The staff on reception and in the breakfast room were friendly, helpful and efficient.
