El atendimiento del equipo, tanto de la administración cuanto de la señora de la limpieza.
Nico nos dió total atéción el primero momento, y, me dió permiso para poder entrar un poco antes del horário de check in
Y la limpieza del apartamento estaba perfecta.

Cons:

Una de las camas que está puesta en el salón y no en una habitacioñ y la almohada un poco dura.
El edredon de la habitación de matrimonio que no estaba limpio
El horario del check in a las 15h veo demasiado tarde.

Great location between old town and strip. Close to the beach. Nico is fantastic. Really helpful and helps with any questions quickly. Always on hand to help with any issues.

Nico was amazing, he looked after us so well and was very helpful when I had my rental towed for not paying for parking, didn't realise I wasn't in the free zone.

Nice comfy accommodation - the host Nico was spot on
Pros:

Nico the manager was fantastic went the extra mile to look after us all. Nice location handy for all the bars, restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

Bit noisy outside at night - but hey in Benidorm on a weekend had to be expected !

Bel appartement pour deux personnes, au centre, proche de la plage et même des moyens de tranport
