Pros:

The area not too touristy

Cons:

AC did not work, TV did not work, Shower head was not mounted.
Staff said they would repair the AC and never happened. We asked to change rooms at 8pm the following day. We carried our belongings to the 4th floor and changed out the sheets ourselves. The new room, also did not have a working AC. Staff said to just open the door to the balcony.
Breakfast was tomato, cucumber, bologne, cheese, olives, bread and jam, everyday.

The personnel were really friendly. The receptionist named Reza was really friendly and helpful and professional.

Все!!!!! Це все суцільний жах!!!! Почну с початку, я забронювала 1 ніч, Чотиримісний номер Делюкс, в якому було обіцяно 3 ліжка ( 2 одно спальних та 1 двоспальне). Сума до оплати була 37,88€ . Ми за вчасно попередили що зможемо за їхати о 00:30 ночі . З нами була 3 річна дитина. Коли приїхали до готелю адміністратор не володів ніякою інформацією та не знав англійської мови. 20 хв ми з дитиною чекали поки він з кимось по телефону вирішить питання нашого заселення. Потім коли прийшов час оплати в нього не було решти, на що ми не бачили проблем забрати решту в наці, але в них також не має терміналу.
Після оплати адміністратор сфотографував мій паспорт що є нормально. І м. Вирушили до нашого номеру, коли підійшли до кімнати і побачили іі зрозуміли що нам надають не ту кімнату яку бронювали ( 1 двоспальне та 1 одно спальне ліжко) для 5 людей.
Нащо мені ще раз довелося показати наше бронювати де бо вказано який саме нам потрібний номер. Не задоволений адміністратор пішов на рецепцію знову щось уточнювати. Прийшовши він мовчав з нас вимагати ще 8€, але пояснити не міг так як не знав англійської мови. І ми з дитиною на руках доплатили ці 8€. Бо на годинку було 01:00. І коли нам надали номер з правильною кількістю ліжок, ми занесли речі але очманіли від зовнішнього вигляду номера. Брудна комірчина , ось як його хочеться назвати😢, але це не все коли почали приймати душ то виявили зламані крани, і після цього довелося і ти і знову сваритися, нам надали інший номер і той вже більше був схожий на фото з сайту, але всеодно брудні стіни та зламана сантехніка в зоні душу. І вишнею на торті стало відкрите вікно через яке в день залазили коти і спали на ліжках, від чого всі простирадла були в шерсті тварин. Ну і сніданок, це був не сніданок, це була пародія ну по типу що б ви не сварилися(😡
На ранок коли ми пішли забирати решту грошей, адміністратор ще й намагався нас обманути на 200 лір.

Cons:

Fără apa menajera, mizerie de nedescris. Am cerut banii înapoi pentru ca nu a existat nici macar apa pentru dus. Bineînțeles ca au fost încasați la negru iar cand am amenințat cu poliția s a scos o factura... dar banii nu au vrut sa returneze sa putem pleca. In concluzie fugiți de acest hotel cat puteți. Pozele nu au nici o legătură cu realitatea... cel mai prost hotel ever, nu stiu cum exista pe booking si de ce nu se iau masuri...

The hotel staff were polite.
The location is ok, not far from the Grand Bazaar, but it is a bit of climb to get there from the hotel.
local shops are around in case you need a quick bite or buy some snacks or water from local shops.
The Wifi was decent.

I was very disappointed with the room size, not the same as I expected from the photos.
too small for a family of 4 ( 2 double beds), no enough space to walk around with 4 suit cases on the floor,
at check in they offered us 2 double bed room although I asked for 1 double bed and 2 single beds), first night too small to walk around, we could not even empty our bags as no shelfs in the small cupboard in the room.
we asked to move to another room (1 double bed and 2 single beds) which is slightly bigger and they charged me 15 euros to clean the room)paid in cash with no receipt given, which later I found out that the room was not cleaned properly at check out.
The WC/shower was not pleasant at all, smelly, with yellow water coming out from the corner of the walls.
No house keeping at all during 7 day stay,
we had to ask for someone to clean the WC.
I had to ask for towels, (no cards like proper hotel to ask if you want to clean the room or do not disturb)
no coffee making in the room as advertised
no iron facilities as advertised.

This was the worst hotel (if you can call it a hotel) I've ever stayed in.

I don't blame the staff, they are polite, but communication sometimes had to be done using google translate.

We made sure we only get back to the room late at night for sleeping to avoid the bad smell.
before check out, I looked under the beds to ensure we are not missing anything and I found empty water bottles from previous guests and some rubbish, which tells you the level of cleanliness.

We booked the hotel one day in advance because we were traveling with a child and wanted to check into the room earlier. We informed the hotel about this in advance. However, when we arrived, there was nobody at the reception, and we had to wait for about two hours. In the end, we still checked into the room much later than expected.
The first room we were offered was not properly cleaned at all — there were hairs on the bed linen. Later, we were moved to another room, which was slightly better, but it still did not meet proper cleanliness standards. The shower was also uncomfortable to use.
Our room was located on the first floor and had a very small window. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the reception area. The noise became so disturbing that I had to go out and ask the staff and guests to be quieter.
We were also disappointed with the breakfast, as the selection was very limited. Overall, this hotel has serious issues with hygiene, cleanliness, and guest comfort.
Our room was on the first floor next to the reception, which was disturbing because noise was coming into the room.
