Sehr gut - Frühstück - allerdings wurde der Frühstücksraum aus unerklärlichen Gründen bei 16° Außentemperatur immer auf Kühlschrankniveau gekühlt.

Pool und B-Heaven Bar - naja
ABER: Wenn ich ein 5* ( ????? ) Hotel in einer belebten Altstadt mit zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft betreibe, sollten die Fenster so sein, dass vom ganzen Treiben nichts in die Zimmer gelangt. Fenster auf - Fenster geschlossen macht zwar einen Unterschied, aber keinen besonders markanten.
Posizione centrale ideale per la visita a funchal, colazione ottima. Bellissima la piscina sul rooftop. Stanza piuttosto piccola ma confortevole.
Parcheggio a 10 minuti dalla struttura.

Breakfast was unbelievable and so were the views of the sea and the city from the room balcony . Aircon. Big bed. Powerful shower . Loved getting served cocktails at the rooftop pool bar. The hotel organized our taxi from the airport. It was great to have transport waiting at arrivals for us . There was also live music outside our window every night it was lovely
The pool is very shallow and the glass around the pool needed to be cleaned.
Facilities were great and in a good location. Would highly recommend.
Emplacement central. Chambre spacieuse.. Très bon petit déjeuner et literie. Jolie terrasse avec petite piscine avec vue sur la mer.
Il faut êtres conscient que la plupart des chambres donnent sur un mur. Parfois difficile de trouver une place vers la piscine.
The location - the city centre, is the best a tourist can imagine.
We were on the 4th floor, the attick, and the room was a bit overfurnished. The curtains &window was very hard to open/close as there was a sofa in front of it. For a week long stay I'd have loved a bigger room.
It was perfect for central old town Funchal. Unfortunately we were only there one night, and wanted to leave early for road trip and for morning hike, but the breakfast was superb! Would have liked to have had a slow morning at breakfast, so much choice!
Rooftop pool is a winner- top tip stay up there until evening, view is incredible and if it is sunny, it’s warm until 7:30/8 (June).
We would love to come back again.
Nach dem Zimmerwechsel vom Dachgeschosszimmer mit kleinen Fenstern in ein Zimmer mit normalen Fenstern waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit, Service und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. ⭐️
