The room was very nice, but be aware that if you choose the room type with a soaking tub, your shower is TINY.
Housekeeping did a great job and I believe that for the items that never got restocked, it was more an operational rule than a lack of attention on their part.
The room had an ice bucket but no glasses. When we called down, Elliott told us that we would have to come down to get them. There were no glasses in the bathroom either. The coffee maker in the room is great, but they never fully restock the pods - you have to go down to get them as well as creamers. Bottled water also needs to be picked up daily if you want them. Angie and Christi (?) were fabulous, always trying to be extra friendly and accommodating when we saw or texted with them.. This hotel should feel like a full service hotel stay, but it felt more like a limited service, where you could get what you needed, if you went down to get it yourself.
One last thing that surprised me big time - we stayed here as part of a three week roadtrip with friends so 10 different hotels and this was the only hotel that sent me a survey after we left with an expiration date. I'd never seen that before. I did complete it within the time given, with pretty much the same details as above, but never did hear back.
Front desk staff were friendly , sincerely welcoming! Room was spacious comfortable , large separate sunken tub was so relaxing ! Highly recommend this hotel in healdsburg
Great stay, clean rooms, great staff, painless check in and check out. Only feedback is that the pool had a lot of debris in it and should be a bit cleaner. Thank you for a great stay.
Lovely stay at the Lodge of Healdsburg! Although a remodeled older hotel, there were many updates for public spaces outdoors, as well as beautifully designed room interiors that made for a comfortable and enjoyable two nite stay. Sarah and Daniel were particularly welcoming and knowledgeable.!! Also very convenient to downtown Healdsburg and Alexander Valley Wineries. Hope to revisit in the near future.
Honestly, should have been a 5 but because of the check-in had to mark it down.
The room was excellent. The bed was amazing and the pillows were so comfy. Shower was also fantastic. For me the shower and water pressure are super important. The room was clean and well appointed room with the exception that they shorted us on coffee (2 servings of decalf, 1 of regular). The room had a fireplace which we didn't use but adds a nice touch. Our room was downstairs looking onto a small plaza area. Really nice and perfect for our doggies since it had a small enclosed area so they could get some fresh air.
The lobby area has both an indoor and outdoor seating area as well as a open area with a firepit. The lobby looked more like a bar. The front desk is both check-in and wine and beer service. So, at check-in you can also grab a drink and take it out to the sitting area near the firepit or under an umbrella. Super nice and so wine country.
Now, let's get to the check-in. We arrived at about 2:00 of course knowing check-in is at 4:00. In all my years of traveling I've very rarely had a situation where I had to wait for a room to be cleaned but I know it happens. Still, 95% of the time the rooms are ready. In this particular case our room wasn't ready so yeah, no big deal. The fellow at the front desk said he'd call us when it's ready so we took off and checked out the town. We returned at 4:00 (check-in time) having never received the promised call. That's when we learned the room still wasn't ready. OK, no worries. We don't stress much but the dogs were getting a bit antsy for a rest since we'd been pushing all day. We went to sit in the covered lobby area and waited. We watched as guests arrived, checked in, got keys and were on their way. Eventually, at about 4:45 we went back to the front desk to ask about the room (again, never receiving the promised call) and sure enough, the room was ready. The fellow that said he'd call us was gone. The women helping us seemed unconcerned and offered no excuse or apology for the room not being available as promised. Again, we're not the complaining type of people so we said nothing but walked away a bit taken aback about the lack of concern for guests and the fact that our contract (reservation) with the property was broken.
Overall we'd go back. It was a wonderful room and property. But next time I'll either request an early check-in or use the Hilton Honors app and check in online prior to arrival.
Nothing special. Far from downtown
Wine tasting
Staff is knowledgable and very cordial.
The steam, sauna, pool & hot tub we're wonderful and all included with your hotel stay. This is an added charge in most places.
Not a thing!
The room was beautiful. So relaxing and inviting.
Good room and attentive staff

Incredibly well located close to the heart of Healdsburg, walkable to dozens of excellent dining options and wineries/tasting rooms. A very cool and comfortable property with large rooms, friendly staff and many nooks and crannies to sit with friends and enjoy a glass of wine. Highly recommend
It was absolutely beautiful and quaint
I did not like the nespresso machine
A bit off the beaten track in terms of proximity/walkability to downtown but a nice facility with pool and dog friendly
