Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Kiosk couldn't find my booking. I had to call - which cost me as I have a USA Sim. They found my booking but Kiosk still didn't work. They ended up having me put a card on the machine and they activated it remotely. They did the same for a card for the parking lot. Card for the parking lot did not work so I had to call again - they opened the parking lot gate remotely. Card for access to room did not work on the door out of the parking lot. Bad reception because I was in the parking lot so I had to call at least 4 times where we talked but then got cut off. They tried opening the door remotely but that did not work. I walked around tomthe front of the building and my access card worked there. Was a very frustrating process. Obviously some technical hitches need to be worked out. In the furture I would rather pay more to have someone at reception - way less stressful

This is a great choice if you are flying out of Berlin airport early in the morning.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and, most importantly for an airport hotel, quiet. The price was great.

Pros:

Komfortabel, sauber, Rollos vor den Fenstern, Kühlschrank, Rituals Duschbad, alles bestens. Kleiner Kiosk im Eingangsbeteich,
Pizzeria nebenan. Parken vor'm Haus für 10 Stunden mit Parkscheibe möglich.

Cons:

Im Müll lag eine Männerunterhose vom Vorgänger. Türöffnung mit QR Code ist komplizierter geworden 🙄
Kein Fön.

Cons:

Wenn man an einem Automaten einchecken muss und der die Buchung nicht findet. Irgendwann habe ich morgens um ca. 3.00 Uhr telefonisch jemanden erreicht, da hiess es, bei einer Anreise nach Mitternacht kann das passieren.
Mir passiert folgendes nicht mehr: Dort zu buchen.

Es war alles tip top sauber. Die Anbindung zum Flughafen war perfekt.

Cons:

Leider fehlt die Klimaanlage. Es wird irre warm im Zimmer. Man kann schlecht schlafen, wenn man das Zimmer Parterre zur Gaststätte hat und davor noch viel los ist. Wenn man das Fenster bis hinter öffnet, sehen einen alle Gäste im Bett. Das Bett war für zwei Personen sehr klein.

Top Blick in die Innenstadt. Ruhig. Perfekt.

Umfangreiches Frühstück, frisch zubereitet – eigentlich wirklich schön. Leider besteht der Großteil des Angebots aus tierischen Produkten: Wurst, Käse, Eier und Joghurt. Vegan? Fehlanzeige.

Dabei gehören pflanzliche Lebensmittel für die meisten Menschen ohnehin ganz selbstverständlich zum Speiseplan. Warum also nicht auch beim Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl bieten? Vegane Margarine, pflanzliche Joghurts aus Soja, Hafer, Mandel oder Kokos, Hummus, Linsen-, Tomaten- oder Paprikaaufstriche, Grillgemüse, Guacamole, Tofu-Rührei, veganer Aufschnitt, pflanzliche Wurstalternativen, Nussmuse, vegane Schokoladencreme, Hafer- oder Sojadrinks, vegane Croissants, Pancakes oder Muffins – die Möglichkeiten sind heute nahezu unbegrenzt.

Ein veganes Angebot nimmt niemandem etwas weg. Es erweitert lediglich die Auswahl und ermöglicht allen Gästen, unabhängig von ihren Ernährungsgewohnheiten, gemeinsam zu frühstücken.
