Hotel friendly for families: spa, kids play room (additional cost). Breakfast was very good quality.

Cons:

Noise isolation is very poor. You can hear what neighbours are talking behind the wall. If you are sensitive for noises it’s a challenge to rest at night.

Минус в том, что тапочки прийшлось дополнительно купить. Не проблема, но В отеле такого уровня и цены должны быть в каждом номере я считаю.
Ещё подозреваю что не моют бассейн каждый день. В тот день что мы отдыхали было очень много маленьких детей и ребёнок укакался. Это разнесло по полу в бассейне в отдельных местах, также были испачканы мои вещи и на следующий день мы это тоже видели. В номере у меня тоже были вопросы к чистоте- на балконе был мусор, на столике были видны остатки напитков. Выключатели в пыли. Такого уровня отель не должен иметь такие недостатки . Особенно не приятно за бассейн.
Очень любила сюда приехать, но увы..

Our family had a wonderful stay at ESE Hotel. The family room was spacious, well-designed, and very functional. There was plenty of space for everyone, and our children especially loved the interactive brick wall, which kept them happily entertained.
The breakfast was excellent – delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. We also loved the hotel's beautiful location surrounded by nature, with lovely walking paths perfect for both adults and children.
The SPA area was another highlight, as it is suitable even for the youngest guests, making it a great place for the whole family to relax together. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were quick and effortless.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend ESE Hotel to families with children.
