Excellent stay
Pros:

Nice location, staff were very friendly , lovely playroom for our baby, food at the restaurant was nice.

Cons:

The floor in our apartment was very creaky which woke our baby a couple of times but it wouldn’t stop me from returning to this hotel.

Kambarys sutvarkytas buvo,terasa nešluota,pilna spyglių,žievių ir lapų,iš dušo trapo smirdėjo kanalizacija,(206 kambarys)spa zonoje saunoje kur deklaruota +70 buvo max +40,na bet į pastabą reagavo kitą dieną liux jau buvo,spą persirengimo erdvė per maža,mokant virš 200€ už parą,bent jau šlepetes galima būtų duot,trūko spintos,antros kėdės.

Beautiful location and excellent heated pool for kids
Pros:

Beautiful location, great breakfast (made to order) all the facilities were very clean and tidy and lovely staff. Also really liked that they had a separate heated pool for small children, our 7 month old had the best time.

Cons:

Noise isolation was really terrible, we heard every word our next door neighbours were saying and also stomping from above until early hours in the morning. Upon leaving I overheard other guests complaining about the same issue and the staff told them nothing can be done because its the same in every room.

Kambariai naujai įrengti, labai gražus vaizdas baseino zonoje, iš pirties galima stebėti mišką.

Cons:

Labiausiai neigiamai įstrigo restorano patirtis. Restorane valgėme 3 kartus - pirmą kartą užsisakėme kavos ir spurgyčių, tačiau kavą gavome spurgoms jau spėjusi atšalti. Antrą kartą į restoraną atėjome valgyti vakarienės. Meniu pateiktas labai gražiai, tačiau patiekalai buvo persūdyti. Užsisakėme starterius, pagrindinius patiekalus, tačiau gėrimų taip ir nesulaukėme. Dėl šios padavėjų klaidos mums buvo pasiūlytas nemokamas desertas. Trečią kartą į restoraną nuvykome pusryčiauti, pusryčiams buvo galima išsirinkti vieną iš trijų patiekalų. Patiekalą gavome sudegusį (pridedu nuotrauką). Dėl šio maisto padavėjams pastabų nebedavėme, kadangi buvome tiesiog nusivylusios tokiu virtuvės darbuotojų požiūriu į klientą.
Vienas iš pagrindinių kriterijų renkantis Spa buvo sporto salės buvimas. Ese hotel pažymėta, jog sporto salė yra (salės nuotraukų niekur nebuvo, todėl iš anksto erdvės įvertinti negalėjome). Sporto erdvė labai maža, sunku buvo dviese atlikti treniruotę dėl erdvės trūkumo, įrangos labai nedaug (keli kamuoliai, hanteliai, sienelė ir vienas dviratis).
Taip pat nuvylė ir registratūros darbuotojo darbas. Pasiteiravus apie masažus, gavau atsakymą, jog visą informaciją galiu rasti jų internetiniame puslapyje ir kad masažams laisvų laikų yra tik kitos dienos ryte. Būdama kambaryje išsirinkau norimą paslaugą, užsisakyti masažą planavau po vakarienės. Į registratūrą atėjau 21:40 (registratūros oficialus darbo laikas iki 22:00), tačiau buvau informuota, jog registratūros darbuotojas jau išvyko namo. Mandagiai paklausiau, ar niekas kitas iš esančių darbuotojų negali pažiūrėti, ar yra laisvų laikų rytiniams masažams, tačiau gavau atsakymą, jog jie to padaryti negali ir pasiūlė man ateiti į registratūrą 8 val. ryte.
Šis Spa buvo vienas brangiausių iš booking.com pasiūlymų, tačiau visiškai neatitiko kainos.

The food was good, beds are very comfortable, SPA zone not big but very cozy.

Cons:

Be warned that the hotel has 2 buildings and only one of them has an elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor, and my mom (65 years old) had to climb the stairs through pain. Every room description should state whether an elevator is available. Another negative thing is the ventilation system (recuperation). On Monday morning, it turned on at 7 AM and kept us from sleeping. The buzzing noise is unbearable. A good night's sleep was impossible.

Graži vieta pušų apsuptyje - puiki poilsio ir atsipalaidavimo vieta pavargusiems nuo kasdienybės.
Pros:

Puiki vieta viduryje pušyno. Mano įspūdžiai labai geri, radau tai, ko man reikėjo - puikų aptarnavimą, skanų maistą, ramybę, komfortą. Labai patiko, kad ESĖ hotel laikosi tvarumo, ekologiškumo idėjų. Pranoko lūkesčius ir tikrai dar sugrįšiu.

Cons:

Labai garsiai kaimynai kalbėjo vėlai vakare, girdėjosi kiekvienas žodis. Vadinasi, garso izoliacija nėra gera, arba kaimynams trūksta kultūringo elgesio įgūdžių.
