We very much enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Easy walk to the Old Town and places of interest;
Nice simple decor;
Interesting art/ paintings;
Good views of city and even the mountains from our balcony;
Helpful/ informative staff.

Cons:

I slept badly the first night because I was not used to the city noises. The hotel is on a busy thoroughfare, with trams, cars, emergency vehicles and even drunken groups all very audible nearby. It was better with the window closed but still audible.

Herausforderung die funktioniert
Pros:

Trotz absolut suboptimaler Lage direkt neben einer Straßenbahn Halte und ggü einer Neonbeleuchteten Spielhalle auf sehr beliebter Straße, gab es Lichtblicke.
- Bett wirklich groß und gut.
Verdunkelung möglich.
- Klimaanlage auf 16 Grad manuell einstellbar, funktioniert und wirklich nicht laut.
- Zimmer groß genug.
- Minibar inklusive.

Cons:

Neben der krassen Lage direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt und im Neonlicht Bezirk - was überraschend gut eliminieren ließ (im Rahmen der Dinge).

Ich würde wirklich nicht unbedingt Kiloweise Knoblauch konsumieren wenn ich im Gastgewerbe arbeite. Es roch überall im Hotel extrem - bis in die Zimmer. Sogar noch am nächsten Tag.

Wenn du hier nach einem Restaurant fragst, wirst du nicht mehr als Imbissstandard empfohlen bekommen.

Das Servicelevel ist OK aber eben auch nicht mehr.

The location of the property was very convenient, part way between to Train Station and Marienplatz.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room, clean and comfortable to help us get over a long flight to Munich.

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé (proche de la gare centrale, du métro, tramway et centre historique). Tout est très propre, le personnel à la réception est adorable et de très bon conseil. Notre chambre au 7e est immense et très fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner (au café en bas de l'hôtel) simple mais bon. Tout était vraiment parfait, nous reviendrons avec bonheur.

Pros:

Wir sind begeistert vom DKM. Extrem netter Empfang! Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten! War sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt dort!
Wir finden auch die Idee super, dass, wenn man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, ein Säckchen mit Naschereien dafür erhält 😉

Cons:

Als einzigen negativen Punkt, kann man anmerken, dass man die Straßenbahn etwas hört. Aber da das beim Empfang gleich gesagt wird, war das für uns auch kein Thema.

Nicer inside than out
Pros:

Bright, very clean and comfortable, great shower, free minibar a nice touch and very helpful staff.
The blackout blinds were fantastic, and the windows do a good job at shutting out most of the outside noise.

Cons:

Whilst the location is great for the station and walking into town, the road itself isn’t the nicest, we wouldn’t like to walk there in the dark.
The room smelt of cigarette smoke on arrival
