The decor and cleanliness were excellent, and having a kitchen sink in the room was a great touch. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast was just average, with limited options available.

Size of the rooms, spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Nice lobby for relaxing and socializing.
Construction being done on a neighboring building so parking was a little hectic at night. I know its temporary but for this trip, it was a little annoying.

Hotel excelente con cocina en la habitación que permite cenar sano y tranquilo en la habitación. Desayuno excelente con una cocinera de tortillasy huevos muy simpática incluido con nuestra habitación para una familia de 2 adultos y 3 niños (11, 14, 15).

The hotel smell so good. It’s fresh and clean. When we check in to our room it’s was big beautiful and clean room. The shower was amazing. The best shower I ever had. Love this hotel
Everything with the property is fantastic but I feel the stuff is not friendly. Every time I walk in to front desk either no one was there or they don’t even say hi. Breakfast staff not friendly.

PARKING WAS HORRIBLE ! My boyfriend had to wake up early every morning to move my car from an off property parking to the hotel property so that we wouldn’t wake up to the car towed…and the black receptionist that wear glasses on night shift was soooo rude and not welcoming at all ! She had zero customer service ! And i am black myself ! The staff during the was very nice and so helpful !
The aesthetic
Construction
We had a very pleasant stay at the Element Hotel in Chattanooga. The room was spacey, especially the bathroom and shower, and it had a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator. We had excellent free coffee in the lobby on arrival. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a big selection. The exercise room was unbelievable in terms of the many types of excellent machines to choose from. Everything was extremely clean. We could also walk to a variety of restaurants near by.
The air conditioning fan was always running full speed blowing cold air onto our beds even after we raised the temperature set point to a reasonable level. This may be a plus for some people but was not for us.
