Have found the place luxurious, especially the restaurant. The room was elegant, clean, no noise and the service was exemplary.

The construction noise - also during the night at 4am - was a bit annoying. All day long it was also going on. And the area felt a bit out in the middle of nowhere.
I stayed at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon for 3 nights last week and the experience was simply superb from start to finish. From check-in at the front desk to departure, everything was handled with genuine warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. No request ever felt too much, and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay.
We also hosted a partner event during our stay, and the support provided by the hotel team was exceptional throughout — flawless coordination, attention to detail, and true hospitality at every level.
Overall, a 10/10 experience. One of the best hotel stays I have had in recent times. Highly recommended for both business and events.
I am a globalist who travels around the world more than 200 days. This hotel is my new default due to two reasons - tastefully built, has a nice architecture and attention to details which doesn’t usually appear in chain hotels. Secondly, the staff is top notch. Special mention to Soumajit and Surbhi. Soumajit even reached out to check during his leave days. Very impressed. Will be back again soon.

Grand Hyatt is an excellent option to stay in Guru gram , where its centrally located and has great facilities and neighborhood to explore . The Staff is courteous and very much focused on providing exceptional service . Special mention of chef Ajith and team who made an epic Kerala meals for my breakfast making it an unforgettable experience
